Guests will be charmed with this unit’s comfortable tropical décor and awesome view from the private 5th-floor balcony. The dining area has a dining table for four and two bar stools for plenty of comfortable seating at meal time. The living room features a 26” flat screen TV, DVD player, CD stereo system, and upscale tiled flooring. The master bedroom features a light West Indies décor with monkeys, pineapples and palm trees, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floor. The children will love to snuggle up in the cozy bunk beds to sleep at night. Enjoy all the features you would find at home with the fully equipped kitchen. Come and make your next beach getaway at an unforgettable location, Majestic Sun unit B 508! You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location and amenities

This was a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo had everything we needed. I wish we could stay here again but my teen boy was too tall to fit in the bunk bed. Otherwise, would definitely rent again. : )

Location location location

One bedroom 2 bathroom unit is a great floor plan for small family. Our son loved the bunk bed nook. We loved the ocean view from balcony, free parking garage and heated pool. Great location. Slightly dated decor. Only 2 working elevators. Mattresses comfortable but needed pads as sheets slid off waterproof cover and were warm. Unit had drawers in fridge that were broken or not installed correctly and wobbled. But overall great stay and we would rent again

Wonderful!

Everything during our stay was perfect! The king bed was super comfortable and our kids loved sleeping on the bunk beds. Kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs. Ice maker in the fridge was appreciated. The view on our balcony was gorgeous and just short walk to be on the beach. The water was calm and cool. My only complaint if I have to make one is that the fitted sheet refused to stay on the king bed but it didn’t cause any issues with sleep. We will definitely be back! This is our new favorite spot!

First time here!!

This was our first time at this condo and property. The day we checked in, there was only one out of 3 elevators working and it took forever! But the next day they fixed the second one, so it was better. Only thing I wish the condo had was another place to wash your feet and beach stuff off other than the one by A side. Real inconvenient walking all the way over to that side each time, but we made due. Condo was nice and clean upon arrival. View was really nice!

Vacasa

Property was very nice. Great view and excellent location. Property manager (Vacasa) was terrible. When we checked in we notified them the coffee maker and dishwasher were broke on Sunday. After calling and texting each day with the Vacasa office and the local property manager they replaced the coffee maker and fixed the dishwasher on Thursday 5 days later. They totally ignored us and showed no interest in fixing either item. It took multiple texts and phone calls over several days before we got a response. Both were easy fixes. We would not stay at any property managed by Vacasa in the future.

Great location to beach and restaurants

Overall the location is perfect! The water is beautiful! The one downfall was the sofa bed. It was broken and property management had to repair it. Used it one night. The mattress is so old you can feel the mattress spring. Uncomfortable night. Had to sleep on sofa for the rest of our trip. Which is fine but for someone on the smaller side can sleep on it. Other than that we enjoyed it very much and would come back again!

Great view

Room was clean, just out dated. Needs new couch. TV was a little complicated, but we got it. It would have been good for just a couple. Love the area. Would like the options for chairs to go with the room. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed the view, easy access to the beach and chair service, and close proximity to bars and restaurants, esp Kilwin’s on the first floor of the building. We didn’t use the pool. Check-in and check-out were simple and easy, no issues there. The condo itself was not the nicest, aesthetically speaking. I would agree with other reviewers that it was a bit dated and grungy. The walls, trim, doors, and bathroom cabinets need a new coat of paint, as they were dirty, stained, and chipped. The drapes in the living room were gross. Stains on one of the chairs in the living room. The lamps were really junky; it honestly looked like they’d picked them up off someone’s curb - stained and dirty shades, broken finials, badly lopsided shades, one lamp just didn’t even work at all. It’s disappointing that it seems people have been mentioning these things in the reviews for a while, and they haven’t been addressed by the owners. The kitchen was pretty and updated, but not well stocked. There were no oven mitts, sheet pans, pizza pans, pizza cutters, no scissors, no knives for cooking (just a few steak knives/paring knives and one long skinny knife, not sure what you would use it for). If you’re planning on cooking meals during your stay, this place isn’t a great option. Overall, none of these things ruined our trip, and we had a good time, but I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ve stayed in other condos in the area that offer better value for the same price point.

Bare Bones Amenities

This condo definitely needs an aesthetic update to make it more appealing. A fresh coat of paint could do wonders. It was clean which is super important, but there was no way to KEEP it clean as there were no cleaning supplies, vacuum, or mop. One small broom and dust pan is included, but that is nothing to combat inevitable sand. No extra bed linens or pillows are in the condo. No beach towels or chairs. There isn’t even a pair of scissors. No extra trash bags. There is also a track guard on the sliding door that I tripped over many times, one time I caught myself just before falling flat on the tile. That probably needs to be removed for safety. Every condo I've ever stayed in, in the area, has been pretty well stocked with basic comforts of home/convenience items for the beach, and this was very sparse. It was basically just an extended hotel room, like a home2, but without the cleaning service you get with a hotel. Dealing with the property manager Vacasa was also not a great experience for me. I would not stay here again.
