The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid`s pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv`s, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there`s constant opportunity for family fun!
The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools.
Welcome to Beach House Condominiums C402—a beachfront retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. This fourth-floor condo offers direct beach access, eliminating the need to cross any streets. Its prime location places you near the pool deck, gazebo, game room, and grill area.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and airy floor plan adorned with beach-inspired decor. The living room features ample comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The adjacent dining area, highlighted by a bay window, flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. Here, you'll find all the essentials—including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and more—to prepare your favorite meals. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located within the unit.
The condo comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, along with a private entrance to the covered back patio. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. Additionally, the living room includes a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two.
Outside, the covered balcony provides stunning views of the pool area, the Gulf of Mexico, and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. It's an ideal spot to enjoy a cool glass of lemonade while watching the sunset.
