Discover a family paradise bathed in the sun at Mainsail Breeze. This home sits within Mainsail on the dunes overlooking the beach and neighborhood. Simply walk out your door and into the beachside pool or private beach access. A daily beach service is included during the season.
Mainsail Breeze is in the gated community of Mainsail, with many resort activities for your family. Take a dip in one of two community pools: a heated pool on the north side and a pool with a hot tub on the south side beside the beach. The hot tub at the south pool is an excellent place to relax and take in the Gulf views. The grounds at Mainsail also include access to a fitness facility, grilling area, kiddie pool, and an arcade.
Mainsail Breeze is near the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, award-winning dining, shopping, markets, and the village of Sandestin.
Layout Sleeps 6:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom and a balcony overlooking the neighborhood and the Gulf. (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with bathroom (sleeps 2).
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and has a sleeper sofa (sleeps 2). There is a washer and dryer, as well as all major appliances, inside the home.
Access to the unit is via an elevator or stairs. This home is located on the third level of building three.
Parking is available on-site, and the gate guard will direct you to the appropriate area. You will be able to park a maximum of two cars here. Only standard-size vehicles are permitted, which means no buses, RVs, or other oversized vehicles.
Spa-quality amenities, featuring high-thread-count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions, are provided to get you through the first day. We do not provide sports equipment, but it is available at local markets and stores.
Check-in time is 4 PM (Central), and Check-out time is 10 AM (Central). Check-in and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents the staff from completing the job and may interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
We provide four portable beach chairs for you to bring to the beach. Daily Beach chair service with two chairs and a large umbrella is included and runs from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the North Cottage community pool is typically heated from November through March.
This property is located in the gated community and resort of Mainsail and is subject to the HOA's rules and regulations. Failure to follow these rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction. Breaking local laws on premises will result in appropriate and necessary action.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
