The unit was clean and had a beautiful view. Plan ahead to bring things like paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. as it was only a small amount provided but this is stated in the listing.

This was our second time at Tops'l, and we love the location. However, the condo wasn't my favorite. The coffee maker did not work (and there was no Keurig); lightbulbs blown in various spots and batteries missing from remotes. Also, very few dishes, NO beach supplies or toys for kids like last year's had. The AC vents leaked water. The view was pretty and condo was relatively clean.

Beautiful place well decorated. Super friendly host. Few light bulbs were out. Secondary shower wouldn’t drain well. Could never get the main tv in the living room to connect to the cable to watch tv. But the view and furnishings of the place were awesome. We would stay again. Great little bar and grill at the pool and a beautiful beach.

Summer Stay

The check-in process was extremely easy, and we were able to communicate via text. The condo is on the 12th floor and has a decent view of the beach (you have to overlook the building next door) so the 12th floor was good. The unit was clean and well equipped. Be sure to read the guidebook the property management company sends prior to check in. There were a few stains on one of the sofas and the tub had dried paint on it, but for the most part, the condo was great. The balcony is one of the largest I have encountered. You can sit out at certain times of day and enjoy sun or shade. The condo is next to the Hilton Sandestin but there is no way to walk to Seagars for dinner without taking the beach. Some sort of gate to pass through would be nice. There are beach chair rentals, but I would suggest either reserving or getting to the shack early as they fill up fast and they are many rows deep. There is a decent bar/food shack by the pool area that was open from 11-8. Overall, I would rent here again. The guidebook really does tell you everything you need to go before you arrive.

San Destin Beach Trip

Bedsheets were dirty on arrival. Needed to wash all of these ourselves. Freezer did not work despite adjusting temperature to “freeze” multiple times. Had to throw away some groceries. Would recommend a new fridge. Lastly, would have appreciated more than just one day of kitchen and bathroom supplies as well as more towels. Check in was easy. Ample parking. Multiple Dolly's available to load and unload luggage. Furniture was up to date in living and dining areas. Location to beach, pool, tennis, and basketball court was excellent. Fantastic view of beach from balcony.

Great location. Unit needs cleaning and better amenities

Tops’l resort is in a great location. Best beach front in the area for guests and residents only. Pool areas were clean and well maintained. Our unit was another story. The carpet was dirty, ice & water did not work on fridge, mattresses, pillows, towels, need upgrading. Better bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing, and washer machine detergent. You only get one of each.

Our stay was pleasant and with the exception of the door lock hiccup but it was handled immediately.

No problems after we got door lock situation worked out. We loved the facility

Nice place on the beach

Nice place could use better pillows and provide paper towels and garbage bags and beach items. The pickle ball courts were very nice and the restaurants in the area were good. The beach was very nice the sand is amazing. Went on a party boat fishing was excellent. Nice view from the deck

Great Place To Stay!

Overall, I loved it! However, if possible, please let renters know if access to in-house beach toys, chairs, and equipment will be permitted. Some owners do this, some do not. It would be nice to know before arrival to property.

Great location and property!

Loved this spacious beautiful property! The large patio was beautiful and the location and beach access was superb! The cafe by the pool was excellent. My only negative comments are pretty minor: tissue boxes would have been nice and you might consider replacing the outlets as they are super loose, especially the ones on the island.

Weekend Getaway

The property was very well kept and most of the guests were friendly. The room and the view were excellent, the beds were not very comfortable and neither was the couch. All in all we had a great time relaxing and would definitely return.
