The location was the best part. It was within walking distance to beachside restaurants, the outlet mall, the grocery store, and the beach.

I feel like this condo has a lot of potential, but it definitely did not live up to our expectations. It was tidy, but not clean. There was visible dust build up and hair in all of the corners, especially in the bathroom and on the top ledge of the showers. The showers also had visible shampoo (it was purple and easy to see) that had dried on the wall from a previous guest. The ventilation fans in the bathrooms were covered with a think layer of dust as well. All of the batteries in the TV remotes were dead. In the two bedrooms the fans are controlled by a remote, but there was only one remote so we were not able to use the fan in the second bedroom. One of the drawer pulls in the kitchen was not attached, just two screws sticking out of the drawer front. One of the dining room chairs was broken right down the middle. It is also located on a busy intersection and noisy at night (although this is no fault of the host, I feel it is important to mention). The location is great, just wish it didn't have so many unfavorable issues.
