Gulfview is located along Scenic Gulf Drive in beautiful Miramar Beach, Florida With Free Beach Service. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the Gulf of Mexico coastline. This master bedroom has a king-size bed and the living area has a sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to have a maximum of 4 people. With 2 TVs and a DVD player, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Note: Gulfview does not have elevators. No Pets Allowed.

The managements company communication is good and the location is great. The complex is in a nice area and quick access. This condo is a little dated from pics. There is growth in places that had my sinuses messed up. The tv in the bedroom would buffer every 5 seconds

2nd time to rent this same unit and we will rent it again! It’s the perfect size for us. It is in a great location, clean and comfortable, great balcony with an amazing view! We walked to restaurants and shopping and also really enjoy the walking/running/biking track located right in front of the condo that runs the length of Miramar beach! Beautiful beach and water and the beach service was great too! 10/10!

Second time staying here and will be back next year!

Great location, great access to the beach, and great people watching if you're into that! Stayed here last year and will be back next year! Can't beat the price and location! The A/C unit is new and was louder than expected when running. But worked great considering it was 101! Will book again!

Honeymoon!

This property was nice. The photos seemed slightly outdated, as the furniture was not as new/nice as pictured. We loved the location! It was super close and had an amazing view of the ocean. Contacting the property mangers was also super easy and they were very nice! We would stay here again!

Great location and nice and clean!

Spent a week at this locations dm everything went smoothly. Unit was clean and as advertised. Right across the road from the beach and included two chairs an umbrella right on the beach. Definitely would stay in this unit again!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Had a great stay here this past week. We were in town for the bootleggers bonfire. Having access to the private beach right across the street was amazing as we did not have to find parking. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was there. Rental agency was amazing to work with. Would stay again!

Amazing views

We will definitely book here again, the bed was comfortable. The views were great, great location. The pool was on the chilly side but workable. The only thing it needs is new frying pans and batteries in the clocks. These are not negatives just suggestions. It was easy to check in. We never did figure out the bedroom tv for channels but that was fine.. the location was the best.

Gulfview is at a great location. We picked it specifically because it gave beach view along with being able to watch traffic lol. Very clean u jt and the private beach access was a plus!

Very nice unit for two people. Everything we needed for a weekend stay. Sofa probably needs replacing soon as it was kind of hard to get comfortable.

Hidden gem!

This was a great vacation rental for my teenager daughter and I. So close to the beach, easy access, beach service that was included with a rental was amazing! Condo very clean, stocked with almost everything you need! Bring your own spices, including salt and pepper if you are cooking! Bed definitely felt worn, but overall did not impact our stay! Short distance from 2 restaurants. Very busy area, felt incredibly safe. Pool was nice, and laundry room was easy to use. Amazing view, really enjoyed the firework shows from the patio over the 4th. I will definitely be returning! Bummed to see this location wasn't available in September! Beach service is from 8-5, get there early to claim your spot!!

Beautiful place to stay! The balcony had a beautiful view and it was a short walk to the beach! Although there was no elevator on the property, the walk up to the third floor was manageable. Would stay here again!
