Great Experience!

Room was clean and comfortable. Great views of the pool and the ocean. Easy/convenient parking. Check in/out was very easy. Overall a great place to stay.

The kitchen could have been better stocked. We had no platters or oven mitts. There was only one knife and it was serrated. The patio was not cleaned and the furniture was sparse for that size. Overall it was fine but we will book elsewhere next time.

Great property and location

We were here in the offseason in the last week of September. It was our first time in Sandestin as we usually vacation further east. It was fantastic in every way! We’ll definitely be back!

We've stayed at Sandestin before and always love it. Loved the location of the Condo overlooking the Pool. It was rather in need of some repairs. Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Toilet wand was completely worn out and black moldy. Bar stools were completely worn out with all the leather tore off. Balcony chairs falling apart, unsafe to sit on. Patio was very dirty.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was amazing! This property had an amazing view of the beach, very secure location, keypad access gates throughout the property, and very friendly staff. I’d highly recommend this property to anybody! We will definitely return back for our next beach vacation.

Great stay!

Location of the room was so convenient and with a beautiful view! We loved the layout and all of the windows looking out to the ocean. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Pull out sofa was not comfortable (they rarely are). And the king bed squeaked really bad, which isn’t a huge issue. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and meal. Also, plenty of sand toys in sandbox, and 4 beach chairs to use which was convenient. We would definitely stay here again !!

Great condo and excellent location

We enjoyed the condo and it was wonderful to have all the amenities within a very short distance. Beach access was a breeze and the pool was lovely. Condo was in great condition when we arrived and was as expected.

Very small beach you're allowed on

I believe the most disappointing thing is the "chair service " they have. They take up the majority of the beach and you can't put your stuff on the private property to the left or right. So you sit basically on top of the resort chairs and eveyone literally piles on top of you my kids couldn't walk out of the water and up to me they had to go way down and around . Im sorry i didn't come to the beach to be on top of people OR i could pay $300 for two chairs and an umbrella on the 3rd row because i could see my kids and everything. The patio furniture was pretty worn down and gross. The bar stools were just peeling every time you touched them. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were soft. You have to keep the air at 70 and its very stuffy in the room they told me I'd break it . The pool is kinda disappointing its small when all the people come up from the beach its packed in the water forget getting a chair . The food at the pool is very expensive but they are large portions. I planned on just relaxing at the beach with my kids for the week but it was far from relaxing with limited space we came home two days early. Just my honest opinion. The room was clean-ish. But we didn't cook there.

Beach is super clean and is only a short walk nice clean outside shower area gated to the beach . Pool area was clean and a large pool with a lot of lounge chairs . Tiki style bar with good food on site by pool.

Spring Break 2023

We had a great week! Check in/out process was easy and efficient. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. The condo was just as pictured with great access to the pool and beach. Would highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic property and location.

This was our first time in at Westwinds, and we loved it. My wife, two sons and I stayed here for Fall Break. The property was well maintained, the condo was spacious and clean, and beach was fantastic. Check-in was seamless, and parking was convenient. We used the basketball and pickleball courts near the property, and there are numerous restaurants and shops (Baytowne Wharf is great) very close. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Simply Wonderful

The accommodations were picture perfect we had our own section of the beach . The pool areas were clean and well maintained. Met lots of nice people and easy walk to the beach which was clean and clear. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!!!

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation! The property was clean and all furniture was comfortable. The balcony is huge and has a perfect view of the beach and pool. All updated furnishings and very nicely decorated.

I feel I need to clarify my review. The condo itself was lovely, clean, great view and updated furnishings. (With the exception of the clothing dryer; it did not work at all. Broken when we got there.) Here's the MAJOR disappointment, which was aggravating to say the least; the ENTIRE length of our stay, the pool, hot tub and tiki bar were closed, along with the walking access to the beach, because they were resurfacing the pool deck and the area around the pool!! We were not notified in advance that this would be the case. Our stay was not discounted. We had no pool to swim in and most days had to walk thru the parking garage and down thru the resort next to us just to get to the beach. So, "Step to the Beach" turned out to be quite a hike! Again, the condo itself was lovely. But the fact that no one notified us of this HUGE inconvenience, constant noise from below while staying in the condo due to the construction, and NO pool or Tiki bar, well I don't think I can give our stay even close to a satisfactory rating. When spending that kind of money, you expect more for your dollar. Or at the very least, to be notified ahead of time so you are given the option to find other accommodations.

Great location, beautiful views

Very nice condo, convenient location. Dryer was very loud - needs new belt. Could’ve used a few extra trash bags - very limited supplies. Overall, great place!
