Thankful Thanksgiving

We decided to celebrate Thanksgiving in SanDestin this year and this property was perfect for us - very roomy, great views and comfortable accommodations. We hope to go back!

Beautiful property

We loved the property and location. It was a perfect place right on the beach. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Gorgeous and new. The inside of the condo was a little dirty. Could of used a deep clean. It’s not too bad. The king bed in main room was great. We slept like babies. Spacious amount. Just please encourage your cleaners to do a little better job with wiping off grease frm cabinets in the kitchen and wipe mirrors without leaving them alll dirty. And putting a better vacuum in the condo to be able to vacuum floors.

Great family getaway

My family of four and two friends all 19 and up had a fabulous stay. Everything was easy to access, and the one hiccup we had with a clogged drain was fixed in a timely manner. I love the app that allows for reliable communication about the property and the condo. The location was excellent with direct access to a great pool and beautiful beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Girls Trip

The condo was overall good and met our needs for a party of 7 adult women. Our flight landed earlier than check out and we were told by the owners that we could leave our luggage in the office until our condo was ready but when we arrived the employees at the office were not happy. They told us they could hold the luggage but never again. It seems there is a miscommunication between VRBO and SanDestin resort. The condo was a bit outdated and the beds were not very comfortable. There definitely needs to be ceiling fans added because the rooms were hot at night. The location was right on the ocean which was very convenient and the pool was newly renovated. We took the shuttle to Baytown Wharf for dinner one night and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the condo.

Family vacation 2022

Property was nice and we love the location. Condo was very roomy but not kid friendly for small children. It would be fine for older children. Pool area is new and upgraded. We had a great time with family.

Great stay overall

The stay at Beachside was overall a success. The room was spacious, clean, the view was excellent, and listing was all technically accurate. A few updates could be made (like the toilets) but mostly a wonderful stay with private beach. This was our first time in Destin area beaches and we will be back. The location was not crowded at all and the beach in front of the building was reserved for guests only, which was great! The only real issue I had with the room was the promised umbrella in the beach closet. It was so small that it was unusable - it was literally "little tykes" branded kid's umbrella. We had to rent from the beach service on day one and eventually bought one from a store. There are a few other annoyances with the location but to be clear are not the fault of the owner. You have to keep wristbands on at all times in all areas of the property. To be honest, it seemed like this was so that the owners could tell who the "guests" were. There were a few couples without bands and they guy coming around seemed to know them . One set of owners were particularly rude to my children and the beach service crew. There is a rule for the pool that adults had to watch children. This means my 17 y/o son can't watch his little sister swim while the adults enjoy the beach. The pool was also closed for most of a couple days due to weather. 2 days in a row it was stormy in the early AM, and they closed the pool - which is understandable but they left it closed for hours after the storms had passed. Great place... We will be back!

Amazing Location and Beach Access!

As soon as we walked in, the cleanliness brought a big smile to our faces. We are so big on cleanliness. The property is very nice, and the view of the beach is breathtaking. We loved the private beach access. My only comments for future bookers are: Bring a fan or two to circulate the air from the A/C. You will be hot at night if you don't. There isn't an overhead light only a lamp in the master bedroom. For a group, bring additional towels and paper products. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. And I loved the code access. I don't like having to keep up with keys. We will definitely book again.

Clean and spacious unit

We loved our stay, condo was clean and big enough for my family. Kids loved the pool. Only thing we didn’t care for was that we had to rent chairs if we wanted one with an umbrella but the unit did provide some. The ac needs work, if we closed the doors the rooms would get hot. Other than that it was beautiful!

Perfect Location and Nice Unit

wonderful place for family vacation

accommodations were more than adequate for us. we had 6 adults and 3 children. It was great that the beach was just steps away from unit. Was disappointed there was not enough basic supplies such as trash bags, hand soap, toilet paper and shower supplies. It was nice to have a closet with beach toys etc. Chairs and umbrellas could use an update, Overall a great place to stay.

Spacious condo with a great view

The resort was very nice, the condo had lots of room and a great view!. Appreciated the private beach because there were a lot of people on vacation & we always had a spot available to us. The pool was being renovated on our side but we got to enjoy the pool on the other side & the pool with the bar near the restaurant, which was in walking distance.

Beachside One Beauty

We frequently stay in Beachside 2, but this was our first experience at Beachside One and it was amazing!! The condo was beautiful, and we will definitely stay here again. It looks just like the picture, and the management company was so so easy to work with and answered texts/emails/phone calls immediately. Had a great time and enjoyed every minute of our time in this beauty!
