Great week!

We stayed for a full week, and had a great experience. We ended up needing a bigger place, and called the company and they were kind/easy/great to work with. The view was great, it was an updated and clean space, and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful & Spacious!

Home was very spacious and the larger beds were very comfortable! Everything was clean! A tip for future guests, bring towels for the pool and beach!

Memorial Day Magic

The condo and property managers could not have been any better! They easily accommodated a date change and check-in that allowed our vacation to be seamless and relaxing. We appreciate all their help and would recommend to all!

Construction

Loved condo, beach accessible, and pet friendly aspect. We were not told prior to booking that construction would be going on at the property. Our dog was frightened by the big loud machines that went on all day every day. To take her out of the condo to take her anywhere even to potty she was distraught and shaking with fear. Someone should have said it and directed us maybe to a similar property elsewhere. She is a 70 lb golden retriever so we couldn’t exactly carry her like I saw other people doing with smaller dogs.Made our trip stressful unnecessarily. She is a well trained dog so she would not potty in the condo so she would hold it unnecessarily.

Great location and nice property

I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The checkin process was easy and check out as well. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the beach and the beach chair service was a great bonus. We had 6 people in this condo, and a small dog and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Close walk to the beach. Great area for our dog to walk. Condo was just as described. Not far from shopping and dining, would stay again!

Excellent Labor Day Weekend!!

Our family enjoyed the excellent amenities of Maravilla for the Labor Day weekend! Loved that our 2 family poochies also loved the stay!! Two of us loved staying the entire week!

Perfect Stay

The pictures did not do the unit justice. The unit is nicely decorated, very clean, and spacious. Booking and communicating with the property manager was easy. My family enjoyed the unit, property, and close proximity to the gorgeous beach. We will definitely be staying in this unit or on the Maravilla property in the future.

Fun with Grandkids

The pool was great way to sidetrack the kids when it was time to leave the beach. Made use of the BBQ pit and outdoor shower. Was convenient to walk to the dairy queen and restaurants. Dog area was clean and convenient. Enjoyed condo balcony and size worked for four adults and three kids.

Clean, Safe and Close to the Beach

My family and I had a great stay at 1410! We love the complex, this unit and its proximity to the beach! Has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are great, as well. We all slept so good. Thank you for such a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming home away from home - we hope to see you on our next trip down.

Buenas vacaciones !!

Todo estuvo bien como decía el anuncio en línea solo un detalle ( el colchón de la cama principal está muy “gastado” me levantaba más cansada de cuando me iba a dormir Lol pero todo lo demás estuvo genial !! Ahí estaremos el próximo año para pasar unas vacaciones espectaculares otra vez 😊🍹👙🥳

Lovely Condo

We had a fabulous time at this property. I didn’t realize we had access to a private beach and the chairs and umbrellas were already set up each day. Nice surprise!

Great stay

We booked a trip to Destin, FL for our family vacation and chose the condo at Maravilla from it's great reviews and pictures. It did not disappoint. We had a total of 6 in our group, all 18 and over and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean and had plenty of everything we needed for our week's stay. The beach was just a 3 minute walk away, which was the number one thing we wanted. Lots of restaurants and stores within a few minute drive or bike ride, and few within walking distance. Check in and check out instructions were very simple with no problems at all. Will definitely book again next time we're in the area.

Great stay! Perect loacation!

We enjoyed our visit to Miramar Beach. The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach. The pool was also very nice. The accommodations met our expectations. The bunk bed were not real comfortable for adult males (but they are at the beach, so all was good.) We would book this unit again.

A Great Vacation and Condo!
