Perfect location, very updated and clean!

We arrived with no issues at all. Everything was clean, which can sometimes be an issue with sandy beach condos. Lovely little deck out back, the layout was perfect for me and my husband, my mom, and my two kids. Golf cart was a definite plus! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely be staying again. The home was super clean and comfy. The golf cart was such a nice addition. Pool was super close, allowing us to let kids go on ahead. No issues with cart but blinker was broken, so we used our arm motions when turning. Super nice host manager.

R&R with a View!

The Villa was absolutely perfect for our family of 6 adults. It was so very clean - fully updated and equipped with beautiful modern furnishings and a thoughtfully designed floor-plan. It was surreal to sit on the deck overlooking the lake and enjoy the quiet surroundings. We were very grateful to also have use of the golf cart for exploring Sandestin and going to the beach. The entire villa made our vacation a perfect experience - and we will cherish our memorable time here. I will recommend this property without hesitation, and hope to visit again next year.

Very clean home. Had problem with Golf Cart was fixed very quickly via text. Went during busy season and enjoyed the pool during the day and beach was less crowded in the evening. Step outback and cast a line in the lake. Overall great experience and would book again. Check out Baytown Wharf across the street, get a day pass. We did not realize where it was until the day before we left but worth checking out.

We had an incredible stay and would absolutely book it again. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. It had plenty of space for our family of 5, and everything we needed was already there, making it feel like a home away from home. The water view was an amazing plus. The location couldn't have been better. We loved being able to use the golf cart to get to the beach 5 minutes away, Baytowne Wharf, restaurants, and other resort amenities. It made getting around easy and added to the fun of the trip. The beach was beautiful, and having so many activities nearby kept everyone in our family entertained.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless. This was one of our favorite family vacations, and this property played a big part in that. We created wonderful memories here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable stay in Sandestin. We hope to return again!

Summer golf/beach trip!

We spent a week running around the resort and Destin area! Easy access to the beach via the SOA easement area near the west end of the resort. Golf at The Raven, Kelly Plantation and Regatta Bay! All three courses were amazing!! Would definitely book this rental again. Tons of space:) as advertised.
