Welcome to newly renovated Unit 407. This condo is a larger two bedroom unit conveniently located on the 4th floor next to the elevator and stairs. The condo has tile plank flooring throughout the unit. The master bedroom has a king bed and opens to the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. It includes an in-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 queen beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances. The living room has a large flat screen TV and both bedrooms have televisions. | There are hairdryers in each bathroom and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, living room and balcony. Balcony has pub height table and chairs. Snowbirds interested in renting the month of March must rent January and February.
