Envision your "Coastal Dreams" in our beautiful and newly remodeled golf course villa located in the Seascape Beach Resort! Between our luxurious coastal chic villa and the over-abundance of resort amenities your will surely have a vacation that dreams are made of.

When you stay at "Coastal Dreams" you have access to five (5) different pools! One (1) of the pools is seasonally heated and two (2) of the pools include kiddie splash pools. There are seven (7) tennis courts with one (1) being free to guests and the other six (6) may be booked by the hour for a fee. Our guests have free access to the three (3) pickleball courts, the multi-surface sports court with 2 basketball hoops and the dedicated beach volleyball area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. As if this was not enough to keep you busy, Seascape Resort has a large deeded beach, restaurants on site and over 50 charcoal grilling stations for your use. There are even two (2) areas that you can catch and release fish for free without needing a fishing license. You will have so much to do that you might need to extend your stay just a bit longer!

The property was completely remodeled recently to include new kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite counters, stainless steel appliances, all new fixtures throughout, tiled baths, and new flooring. The 2 story vaulted open concept living room ceilings allow for an abundance of natural light and beautiful aesthetics. The brand new living room furniture is cozy and inviting after a long day at the beach. With a mounted flat screen tv and wifi you are sure to relax and enjoy an evening in. Our goal is to go above and beyond for all of our guests so we have ensured that you have a well stocked kitchen with everything you will need if you choose to cook at home. There is a Keurig and a standard coffee maker in hopes to accommodate all of our wonderful guests caffeine needs. Our dining area has seating for 6 and is located directly off from the kitchen and connected to the open concept vaulted living room area. Off from the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer and our condo building has a shared coin operated washer and dryer off from the main level breezeway.

"Coastal Dreams" sleeps 6. The en suite spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with a wall mounted flat screen tv. The master bathroom features a brand new vanity which is separated by a door to the new tiled shower with glass surround and toilet area. This is a perfect design so you can use the mirror and sink area to get ready while another personal is able to take their shower with privacy and peace. Just down the hall from the master suite is the queen guest bedroom. It features a wall mounted flat screen tv, plenty of closet space and access to the guest bathroom that is just a few steps away. The guest bathroom offers a vast walk in shower with beautiful tile work and specialty contemporary sliding glass doors. The living room has a brand new sleeper sofa.

We have an oversized covered balcony with plenty of comfortable seating. With it's thick cushioned outdoor couches, it is a perfect place for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you over looks the renowned Seascape Golf Course. Seascape is a unique 330-acre beachfront golf resort community located in Miramar Beach situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
