The master bedroom includes a king bed, gulf views, closet, flat screen TV and connected bathroom. The master bath includes a double vanity sink and new renovated walk in-shower. Your guest room includes a queen bed, closet, and stunning gulf views. This room also offers an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You will also enjoy the spacious living area, half bath, & large balcony with outdoor seating and spectacular gulf views. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances, large breakfast bar with additional seating for 2. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating including a sleeper sofa, an HDTV, and access to the balcony through sliding glass doors There is a washer/dryer for your convenience, and WIFI is complimentary.

A 6 seater golf cart is offered and included with the rental.

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart.
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
