Great Place

This was a great house with easy access to Baytowne or the beach. We loved the heated pool and hot tub as well. The communication with the property management team was amazing. They responded immediately which was great. We highly recommend this property!

Another great 4th!

Great place to stay for another great 4th of July in Sandestin. Laurel Grove is one of our favorite places to stay, and we were not disappointed. This particular cottage was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath that was perfect for our family of 4 plus 1 adult. From the grill on the back porch to the ice machine (a very pleasant surprise), it had all the amenities we look for plus some. We usually cook most nights at the beach because of the availability of fresh seafood and had no trouble with appliances, cookware, etc. The golf cart was probably the best we’ve had out of all of our trips in Sandestin with plenty of power and room for everyone. To top it all off, the air condition was very reliable and kept the house comfortable the whole time. I’m sure I’m leaving something out, but in the end, it was just a perfect place for us to celebrate another great 4th in Sandestin!

Great location

Everything was nearly perfect. Property location was perfect everything was so close you could nearly go everywhere with the golf cart. But limited trips. With that said the golf cart didn't seem to hold a charge very long. It would go from 100%to 70% as soon as you left. You could go to the beach and back. It had to charge along time to even get to 100% over night.No condiments. No salt or pepper no coffee and two trash bags for five people for four days. We were happy the stores were close. Overall a great place.

Nice overall stay

Our whole party really had no complaints of this property, other than the mattresses. The home was lovely other than all the mattresses need replaced. None of them were comfortable, unfortunately. But the couch was very comfortable!! I would highly advise going to Amazon and buying the $2-300 foam mattresses and replace all them soon.

Wonderful stay at Sandestin

The home was clean and comfortable. The front porch was great to sit and enjoy the weather. We have a family of 8 and all of us were comfortable. I would stay here again. The dryer didn’t work the best but laundry on vacation wasn’t my main priority ☺️

Great place but needs some attention

The house was as expected and we loved the location. There was much about the house that was great; it was very clean, plenty hot water and water pressure, the kitchen was adequately stocked. However, there are some things that need attention; living room sofa cushions are worn out, the ceiling fan didn’t work, smoke alarm started chirping at 2:30 a.m. our last night, master bedroom mattress are way past worn out, cold water faucet in master bathroom tub didn’t work, upstairs shower drain was so slow that only one person could use it daily. For the rental price the house and furniture should be well maintained. We enjoyed and hope to use this property again and hopefully the furniture and repairs will have been done

Quiet and peaceful

My family had a great stay at this property. We attended a conference on the resort. I traveled with two infants and a preschooler as well as 4 adults. There was plenty of room for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I especially enjoyed the shady back porch and peaceful atmosphere. The only downsides were some plumbing issues and minimal kitchen staples (only salt, pepper, and cooking spray were provided). There was plenty of cooking tools including a blender and a crockpot. I appreciated the large ice machine for filling our cooler for the beach. The golf cart was an excellent touch for cruising around the property or to the beach.

Laurel Grove

Very close to great heated pool. Six passenger golf cart was a must for us. Used golf cart for beach and mall shopping. Study the map and explore complex to find beach, shopping, Publix Grocery and marina. Also nice state park with beach and walking trails nearby via car. Property has nice backyard and porch areas for morning coffee and social time before cooking dinner. Also located within the complex is an entertainment area with kids play area, stores, bars (with music), and stage for evening music and fireworks.

Wonderful Christmas in Laurel Grove!

Our property was just perfect for the six of us. The two teenagers had their own room upstairs and we had two king suites downstairs. We particularly enjoyed being close to the little clubhouse with pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

Nice stay!

This was our 11th year in a row to stay in the laurel grove area. This house was clean and the check in/out process was easy. The house could use a little updating and a good power wash on the outside. Other than that it was a great stay and we will be back.

Three generations

Perfect for us. Had two 13 year old girls that had their own upstairs bedroom. Two large masters downstairs that had access to outside from the room. On the golf course. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Pool was right across the street. Golf cart was fun for the 4 and 6 year olds. Loaded our beach stuff and took the golf cart straight to the ocean. Had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back. The only regret no animals allowed.

This vacation was our first with our adult kids. We had a wonderful time during our stay. San Destin is a wonderful resort.

The property

The property had only 5 hangers so we had to by some, so now you have plenty!! Also the pillows on the beds need to be replaced!! We bought some for our use!! Otherwise it was clean & a great place to stay!! The bed in the master needs a blanket or comforter!! Thanks

Summer 2018 Beach Getaway

We were very pleased with the place. The only thing I would suggest is a guest book for guests to leave a review. It was a clean and quaint beach cottage that we would stay at again. The only minor glitch we had was the golf cart malfunctioned, but the contact company was quick to bring a replacement for us. Your family will enjoy the stay here.

Love Sandestin and the golf cart ! House needs TLC!

Pro: love The Sandestin community and the golf cart was perfect ! Restaurants are close and shopping is wonderful ! Cons: no beach chairs as advertised only sporting event chairs... the grill is on its last leg...one major thing is the AC ...it is not a dual unit and the upstairs bedroom gets VERY warm ...the people downstairs froze just to keep the upstairs reasonably comfortable... house needs cleaning and painting attention
