Very clean and beautifully decorated

Little confusion checking in .. but overall very nice. Note there are no chairs for the unit, designated on the beach. My past experiences, usually at least two. Walk to the beach is a about 5 minute walk , however carrying chairs and beach bag a bit challenging coming back uphill. I did find out from another individual staying at the summitt , you can take a shuttle, but I don’t recall it being mentioned in the outline of the description of the unit or how to contact them directly for the service.

Idyllic at The Summit

306A was a beautiful studio, perfect for a romantic couple’s getaway. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach but well worth the walk. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evening. It’s a well maintained property!

Beautiful condo!

We had a great stay at Topsl Summit at Water Dance. The condo was exceptionally clean, check-in and check out was easy and we had everything we need. The amenities were perfect and the beach area beautiful. Property management was great to work with! Thank you!

Overall Stay

While the property was very nice and the ambiance of the room was great. There were a few things that made our stay not so great. The owners do give a list of things not to do when first Checking In (The unit temperature and refrigerator temperature) but, even though we never touched the mini fridge temperature, it was set to “4” and one minute it was cold the next minute it was at least within 3 - 4 hour time span it seem to cool and then stop. We also couldn’t take a shower longer than 5 - 8 minutes at time due to the water getting cold so fast. It was very unpleasant and disappointing. The bathroom was very nice but we also couldn’t enjoy the tub because the water wasn’t hot long enough to fill it up. The road leading up to the building that this unit is located in is a little dark and anytime after 10pm there were deers everywhere in one night we passed at least 8 of them walking and running around the property and roadways. We drove 5mph if not less because it was so many each night. The property does have very nice views and it was super quiet and peaceful.

Destin Vacay

Lovely unit!!!!! Nice and quiet. Large amount of space. Very convenient to the pool. Plenty of parking and curbside loading and unloading plenty of carts available to get things to units. Walk to beach pool and beach access is a nice stroll. I would stay again!!! . Plenty of carts available to

Great Stay

Great stay, very clean and modern. The only downfall was staying a week with no extra towels or a washroom to clean the towels. Please plan to bring extra wash towels if you are staying more than a few days.

5 Stars Across the Board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently stayed at this incredible Vrbo rental in Miramar Beach for my birthday week, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The property is stunning, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thought of, from the luxurious bedding to the well-appointed kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you so much for allowing my birthday week to be amazing. We will definitely be back!

beautiful studio

the studio is exactly as listed on the site - we truly enjoyed our time. the room was comfortable and only a few minutes walking to the beach. Jodie from the management company reached out during our stay to confirm everything was meeting our expectations. Overall, would stay again!! FYI - the beach at tops’l only allows umbrellas (no tents/canopies).

Lovely vaca!

We enjoyed our stay! The bed was comfortable and the condo is lovely! Destin, is a beautiful destination with gorgeous, white sand beaches, and clear, blue/green water. Lots of great restaurant's and fun shopping! Hope to return!

Perfect Place For Couples!

This unit is just the right size for one or two people. Very clean and well decorated! Just a short 4-5minute walk from the room to the beach! We will be staying here again!

In town with my daughter for a quick weekend to plan upcoming family gathering. Great property for the price, exactly as shown in pictures. Easy check-in/check-out. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Weekend Trip

We made plans to come to Destin for the week with family and decided to have a weekend before everyone else came just the 2 of us! The beach is just a short walk away from the condo. This unit was perfect and exactly as listed.

Property price was very reasonable, and has been newly renovated... The walls are paper thing, and the neighbors dog bark incessently... we got poor service when need water heater turned up (we couldnt run a tub of hot water) we needed a blanket, amd toilet paper. It took multiple calls and almost 48 hours to get the issues resolved. Overall not pleased, but price was cheap so I guess we got what we paid for...
