Beautiful Owner Managed Condo at the Crescent - Best Complex in Destin

Welcome to the beautiful beaches of Destin! Our recently redecorated, platinum rated condo is waiting for family and friends to enjoy one of the most requested properties on the Gulf Coast! The condo offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master has a king size bed with a bath with a Jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, granite counter top, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a new king size bed with attached full bath. Two twin beads, with a full bath, make up the third bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs and DVD players. The kitchen, dining room and living room make up one large area and is comfortably appointed with two full-sized couches (one is a sleeper), new recliner, new coffee and end tables, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a table that seats 6, and 3 barstools. A large deck, which overlooks the pool area and the Gulf, is accessible from the living room, as well as the master bedroom.

The Crescent is conveniently located to shopping areas, grocery stores and restaurants. Covered parking is available. There is a total of 68 units on four floors within the complex. There are two beautiful pools, a hot tub, and plenty of space to enjoy the sun at the pool and beach. The Crescent offers meeting rooms, a fitness center, free beach service (4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided by owner), on-site management, on-site maintenance, and is a secured, gated complex. The Crescent is simply a beautiful and relaxing place to spend your vacation with family and friends!

End of summer getaway

Great condo

Condo is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful, pools are great and beach is steps away. Love this condo and beach location. Grocery store nearby. It is a busy area, but not quite as congested as Destin proper.

Love the Crescent!

We love staying at the Crescent and it’s definitely our favorite by far! The facilities are so clean and well maintained. The convenience of being right on the beach is perfect and having the pool located in between is so nice. It’s a family friendly atmosphere which we love. Chris was awesome to work with, but there were no issues or problems whatsoever. Will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

We loved our stay at The Crescent. There is easy access to the beach and pool. Neither the beach or the pool were overly crowded during our stay. The resort is in a great area with restaurants, shopping, and activities within a short walk or drive. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed.

We really loved this condo! It was very nice and clean. The condo was nicely furnished and had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed. There was a nice supply of starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. I spoke to the owner once and he was extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was great. He even included a list of local restaurants with brief descriptions and price points. Check in and checkout were quick and simple We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

great beach stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. The Crescent is my family's favorite place to stay as it is beachside- so no crossing the road to get to the beach and the pool is very large and young kid friendly. The condo is well furnished- the couches were very comfortable, the beds were nice and the dining area was lovely. The kitchen has all the amenities that you would need as far as utensils, dishes and gadgets. There was no saran wrap, foil or baggies though. I didnt think to bring any so I had to buy some once there. Each bathroom has liquid soap and the kitchen has a good start with a few dishwasher tablets, 3 trash bags and 3 washer pods. The only issue we had while there was a housekeeping issue and not an owner issue. They forgot to put out bathmats for any of the bathrooms and 2 of the trashcans in the bathrooms did not have liners in them- but we used grocery bags for that and Chris had housekeeping come by the next day to bring the bathmats. He was very quick to respond and address any question or issue we had. The front desk is also very helpful and now uses bracelets with chips in them to open gates- which was great as you didnt have to worry over punching in the code wrong or it not working. The condo comes with two umbrellas and 4 chairs on the beach and that was perfect for us. It wasn't too loud in the evenings, plenty of places to eat and shop are walking distance from the condo but also easily drivable as well. We will definitely be back! We loved it.
