-Must be 25 to rent! Family rentals only, no spring break groups. The age restriction is strictly enforced by the HOA & onsite security.
-Parking passes are provided for 2 vehicles. Additional parking is not guaranteed and will need to be arranged directly with the HOA. Additional parking pass charges would apply.
-No pets permitted.

**Ariel Dunes I will be undergoing balcony and walkway refurbishment starting in November 2026. Estimated project completion is March 2027. During this time construction noise will be present and balcony access may be limited. Building amenities may have limited hours or be closed at times to ensure guest safety.
