This upscale, gated complex features a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street! Alerio B405 offers guests multiple flat screen TVs, a washer/dryer, full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! The king master bedroom features an ensuite with double vanity sinks, soaking tub, and separate shower. There`s also a queen bed in the 1st guest room, two double beds (bunk beds) in the 2nd guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably.

***Please note, one parking space is provided with this rental. No boats, trailers, RVs or golf carts. Additional parking is available at the Geronimo RV Parking (2 blocks away) for a daily fee.

★★INITIAL SUPPLIES★★

We provide an initial starter set of supplies that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry detergent for the washer.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or large gatherings

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21
