Completely disappointed. Accommodations were not to the standards I’d expect. Pervious reviews were spot on when stated that a bit of TLC is necessary, which was being kind. Those reviews were over a year old and I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought there’s been enough time to fix those complaints. Scuffs and nicks of black on white walls… and not just one or two from someone being careless. No toilet paper holder/bar in half bath. Blinds in master bedroom, rod is broken to adjust. Sliding mirrored closet doors in master bedroom did not slide. Not a full set of glasses or dishes. No vent fan or light over stovetop. Doors to dryer were difficult to open and the dryer lent trap was broken. Balcony furniture mismatched and rusted. Decorative mirror in living room is rusted too. A huge concern is the locks. At night, we could not deadbolt nor use the slide lock as neither lined up to lock. Please do your future renters/customers justice and fix all of these minor issues before collectively they all become major problems.

The week was awesome! Beautiful !!!I sent a response already to your review request but my son and his family were in your condo… their only suggestion was the dryer probably need replacing and maybe look at a few cabinet doors…?Overall the week was soooo nice! Everything was clean and well kept!!!The grounds were beautiful and the views were great!We will be back soon,… hopefully!!!

Worst condo we have ever stayed in.

Worst stocked,couch fell apart,and many other problems. Check with the local Vacasa office. I was on a first name basis with the manager. Would NOT recommend.

Fantastic Beach Condo

Excellent location and amenities. We love the heated pool and hot tub. We also loved that it’s right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. I had a group of teenagers with me, easy fun walk to shopping and restaurants close by. Everyone had an amazing time, and the views were outstanding

Good spot on Miramar

Good location. The complex currently is undergoing some renovations on the outside and elevators, but overall it was minimal impact. A few minor issues with some lighting and the provided kitchen equipment was minimal but management company did drop off some additional pots/pans after requested. Winn Dixie is accross the street which is convenient

WON’T be going back!

The entire complex of Edgewater & our unit were awful! The elevator situation was terrible…either not working at all or one elevator was constantly broken. Our A/C went out for several hours and not fun in the summer heat. Two swimming pools sound great, but not when one was shut down most of our stay! No where does it say you HAVE to rent one of their umbrellas so that was a bust. The couch & dining chairs were filthy, the dishwasher was not anchored into cabinets, coffee maker was hit & miss. Blinds were broken/missing in the kitchen so we had no privacy so we constantly saw people walking by. There was mold on ceiling and it was obvious they tried to paint over it, but the mold is back! There is not an exhaust fan over the stovetop so when cooking, beware of the smoke alarm going off (even when there was not ANY smoke)! Rust was seen on all appliances so that was unsightly. The tv did not work in the living room so we had to improvise. There was a previous leak over the primary toilet that has caused a hole! Who wants to see that every single time you go into the bathroom?! Lastly, there was not a hairdryer. I have never stayed in a hotel or condo where there is not a hairdryer so I had to go to dinner with wet hair until they finally delivered a hairdryer on day 3 of our vacation. As you can read, not impressed with our unit since it is not maintained and not impressed with Edgewater with such big problems that never got fixed during our stay.

Beautiful Location, Decent Condo

This condo was a great fit and affordable for our family with 4 young kids. The location was beautiful, the beach access was perfect, the resort has 2 pools and a hot tub that our kids really enjoyed! This condo is a little outdated but everything was clean and working. There is plenty of space and we fit a pack and play in the 2nd bedroom alongside the twin beds. The balcony views are beautiful with a table and chairs to eat outside.

The unit was literally falling apart. Overhangs in the master were literally coming off the ceilings, blinds were missing in the living area and master, the carpets were threadbare, and the doors were “sticky”. The unit was not clean.. false fingernails found in the extra rooms. The walls were in the process of being repaired with no towel racks in sight. The only thing I can say good about this unit was the view was amazing and the pools were top notch. Very disappointed in the overall experience!

Loved it!

The place was clean and I’m a great location. Easy to find. We were at first unclear on where to park and how to check in/out, as well as if we were allowed to use the beach equipment or not.

Pleasurable Resort

The resort is well maintained, clean, and secure. There are two really nice pools on the property that are kept clean. Don't plan on using your own beach umbrella, canopy or tent. You have to rent the resort beach service umbrella if you want to use one. You are allowed to use your own chairs but they must be placed behind the resort chairs. The condo had great views, a wonderful large, private balcony, lots of space and storage. Having a washer and dryer we're definitely a plus. The kitchen was equipped with everything thing we needed for our stay. The only reason I couldn't give this condo a five star rating is due to some upkeep and maintenance issues that need to be addressed by the owner. The bed could have been more comfortable. The unit is not updated but that was not an issue for us. We would stay here again.

Great Location, Great View

The condo was located in a great area and so close to the beach. We felt very safe walking to dinner or on the beach in the evening. The lay out of the condo was perfect for us! The two teenagers had their own bedroom and bathroom. Having two pools was very nice. It was very strange not to have anyone to check in with. We also could not find a manual or any information sheets to answer some of the basic questions like, we were told we had two parking passes but no information was given on where to park. Information in regards to the pool, do we need to bring the pool pass, did we have chairs and an umbrella on the beach, if not how much does it cost and how do you pay for them? Also, no information on how to work the tvs. Also the condo does need lots of work, it is very outdated - the dishwasher is newer and does did not fit in its spot. The utensils in the kitchen were very hodge podge. The laundry area needs repair and painted. The bathroom by the second bedroom, is need of repair. Lots of milder and peeling paint on the ceiling. The patio furniture was very worn or even broken. I did receive a text checking on the cleanliness of the unit and when I asked who I could ask questions to, I was asked to furnish the reservation number (which I did) and never heard back from anyone. Communication does not seem to be a high priority. Again, the location was great and the proximity to the beach was wonderful!
