Parking was hassle free. View from balcony was amazing at sunset. Very easy access to beach and pool. Access to the golf cart to get to the village each evening was awesome (and an adventure) for me and my two young boys.

This place smelled terrible like mildew. My family left within the first two hours of our booking and did not return. Avoid this place. Picture is of mold on carpet. Host also found mold in A/C.

This property is absolutely GREAT! My family and I have been coming to Sandestin for some time now. This was the first time my wife and I traveled here without the kids and this unit was absolutely perfect for us. You can't beat the location being right on the beach. The golf cart just enhances the experience making it easier to get around the property. Management and the host was absolutely wonderful. I'll definitely recommend this unit.

Great Location but Needs some Work

The location is great in that you have an upper level view of the beach. But, I want to help others bringing families to the condo. The spare bedroom with the bunk beds is VERY small and the beds are small and very tight for older children. You can not fit luggage in there. And you can not see the tv from the bed in the room based on how the bed is situated to the tv. Plus, the air in there doesn’t seem to work. Additionally, the doors in the place are all tight and make a loud noise to open and you will wake up your family when opening a door to use the restroom at night. I just want to help others to know the situation. The bed in the pull out sofa was full of sand. But it worked okay for our family for just a few days. However I don’t think we’d rent this unit again. It’s just too small for our family of 4. The manager was great to communicate with during our stay, although we didn’t need anything while there.

Beachside II

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside II. My only small suggestion would be consider updating living room furniture and bedroom mattress. Both were quite uncomfortable. However, location and balcony views more than made up for it!

Great communication

We have stayed in this unit 3 times. The location is great and the golf cart is such an added bonus. I was impressed with the communication from the property manager. I loved that they text and sent links with all the details we needed.

Amazing Views

The location of this property is perfect. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins out in the water. We could be down to the beach in just a few minutes. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The manager was easily accessible if we had any questions during our stay. Access to the golf cart only improved our stay. The golf cart let us get around the property to access different restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Beach Vacay

We chose this property because of its proximity to the beach and the fact that it had a golf cart for ease of getting around the area. Although the beach is a lot more crowded than expected, it was still easy to get to. The gold cart was great to take over to Baytowne Wharf. The condo was very clean and we had everything needed for the week. We were able to speak with the property manager with ease when we had some questions. I would recommend this condo for future visits!

Great view from balcony

Bed was comfortable, new chairs were great. Shower head needs replacing. Loved the west view from the balcony! Kitchen storage was adequate. Easy access with west elevator. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Golf Cart didn’t work

The unit is smaller than the pictures make it appear. The second bedroom with the bunk beds is like a closet. The golf cart didn’t work while we were there and that was one of the criteria we wanted when we selected property.
