「The house was clean, cold, and comfortable. There were some issues with shower and sink leaks but they were handled immediately upon notifying the host so no problem. 「Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well.」

「Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.」

「This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! 「Perfect location for a beautiful, mountainous nature retreat. Our group had so much fun exploring one of the mountain regions of Puerto Rico. Also with in an hour of beautiful beaches. The house and the surrounding property was a perfect accomodation for a group of 7 adults. Beautiful, well kept house and property in a nice neighborhood. 「This is such a wonderful property in the beautiful mountains of Puerto Rico. It was close enough to the town of Utuado that we could go grab dinner or groceries, but far enough that we felt as if we were in the middle of nowhere. So quiet and peaceful. My kids spent hours searching the property for frogs and lizards and loved it when the cats, chickens and dogs came to visit. 「2 nights and 3 days of peace and beautiful views. We followed Claritza's directions to get there and we had no problems. The house is beautiful and clean. I loved the way the house is decorated. We wanted to go to the river, we asked Claritza and she gave us very easy to follow directions. We spent some time at the river, we visited the Adjuntas plaza, we had coffee at Deleite, we visited El Campo es Lena and visited a coffee plantation Jacana. We give this place a 10/10.」
