Lovely Apartment!!

Had a great stay. Apartment was very specious and clean. So many little details thought about including items around the house which might be needed and not a single issue throughout the whole stay. We were very happy. We will definitely be back in a few years and will book with the same company again! Thanks!

ミンスク中心部で、地下鉄駅の近くで非常にアクセスがよかったです。部屋はとても広く清潔でおしゃれでした。豪華な内装で、建物がしっかりしており外はとても寒かったのにもかかわらず部屋はずっと暖かかったです。キッチンには食器から調味料まで豊富に揃っていて、長期滞在や自分で料理をしたい方におすすめです。オーナーさんも優しい方で、ミンスクについてもおすすめの場所を教えてくれてとても親切丁寧でした。

The apartment is very clean and spacious and well decorated. It has all the amenities of home. It’s location is good with the essential cafes very close by. The owner was very helpful in arranging transportation from and to the apartment. I would stay again without hesitation!

Тихая уютная квартира в самом центре Минска, оснащенная всем необходимым для жизни. Множество кафе и ресторанов в пределах 5 минут ходьбы. Рядом станция метро Октябрьская - пересечение всех минских линий метро. Жалко рекомендовать, так как хочется сохранить для себя.

Modern Apartment with a Great Location

The apartment is a short walk from the the city center. Certainly comparable convenience to the city's flagship hotels. Most places of interest can be accessed on foot. Apartment is roomy with new fixtures. Nice bathroom. Most folks in retail areas know some English. Still would recommend that tourists familiarize themselves with the cyrillic alphabet in advance. Would characterize the city as clean and safe. The property owner speaks English. She communicated with me via hotels.com chat before and during my stay.

Wonderful stay

Perfect location. Extremely comfortable apartment with thoughtful touches - drinking water, robes. Great shower and jacuzzi tub. Walkable to all the main sites in Minsk. Just be aware that the entrance is at the back of the building because I was confused when I arrived.

Huoneisto oli sisustukseltaan yksi erikoisimmista, jossa olemme majoittuneet. Tilaa oli runsaasti kahdelle. Varustetaso oli hyvä, ja huoneisto erittäin siisti. Varasimme majoituksen yhteydessä myös lentokenttäkuljetukset ja ne toimivat erinomaisesti. Kuskimme Aleksander oli mainio seuramies, hän kertoi matkalla monia yksityiskohtia Minskistä ja Valko-Venäjästä. Huoneisto sijaitsi eri osoitteessa, kuin hotels.comin tiedot antoivat olettaa. Sivuille kannattaa lisätä tieto siitä, että huoneistoja on ympäri Minskiä. Sijainti oli hyvä ja kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta. Sisäänkäynti oli kerrostalon sisäpihalta, ja ainoa negatiivinen asia olikin homeelle haiseva ja nuhjuinen rappukäytävä. Kontrasti oli valtava, kun siirtyi rappukäytävästä huoneiston puolelle.

We were placed in the apartment after being told the original we had booked was experiencing water problems. We had been “upgraded”. This is odd, because the same thing has been mentioned in previous reviews. However, The apartment we stayed in was comfortable, clean and well located. We took advantage of the car service to and from the airport, which was well worth it

We had a great stay in Minsk, and much appreciated this modern, secure 3 bedroom apartment with all the amenities. Beds were very comfy. Special thanks to Alexander who waited to let us in despite of us coming late for our check in. He was readily available on the phone and via Viber and we reviewed all the instructions with him before coming to Minsk, and I immediately got in touch with him after we landed. He also offered transportation to and from the apartment for a very reasonable price. Apartment is in the center of the City with easy access to historical attractions, subway, railway station, and buses. Plenty of great places to eat in the vicinity, I highly recommend the one called Vasilki which is across the KGB building. If I come back to Minsk, I would love to stay in this apartment again.

The appartement is really downtown and spacy in an older "town-house". Please do not be deterred by the stairs to the first floor, where the appartment is located (still in old conditions), the appartment itself is really like on the pictures. Well equiped, incl. very good WiFi access. Sleeping room with A/C. Thanks also to Aleksandr, the husband of the owner Elena. He gave me a taxi from and to the airport at a very reasonable price. Aleksandr speaks english and german (basically). I haven´t been in direct touch with Elena, just via email.

Location

Very spacious and clean located in the central part of the city with only a five minute walk to the mall. The photo shows the address of the apartment do not go to the address listed on Expedia because that is not the correct address. It’s very safe neighborhood but I would recommend the owner install an outside light to make it easier to use the key.

Decent place

The address of this property is not the actual apartment that I got. I had to go to a different adddress where the apartment is. The entrance was horrific as the building is really old, however the apartment was nice and seems to be newely renovated. I was expecting a smaller apartement but I got a big 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, good location, nice staff/host. I asked for an hour delay in checking out but they refused. So i ended up walking the city in the cold and snow with my luggage for one hour until my trip back to the airport.
