「The room was very nice, clean and large. But there is a lot of construction going on that makes it very confusing. It’s hard to navigate to get where you need to be and staff was not always helpful or friendly. Some were but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because of some error (they never actually told me what was going on) and then upon check out I had been charged a cancellation fee of almost $300, but I had stayed in the room and did not...
