The space
A two bedroom townhouse with park and lake views from the Crate & Barrel living room, dining room, and front patio. Queen bedroom. (2nd convertible sofa-bedroom/lounge/office space available for added fee).
Tile bath with 4’ clawfoot tub on 2nd floor.
Full kitchen, gas range, microwave, brand new Bosch dishwasher, no oven aside from a decent sized toaster oven, but you have so many restaurants nearby, who cares?
Full-size laundry washer and dryer in basement. Also, full basement level has new egress windows as of mid-2021, but it is still mainly a storage/laundry space. Please don't use the basement as a bedroom until it is finished. The second bedroom and the living room can also be used for guests via sofa beds for extra guests by prior arrangement.
Guest access
This is a family property. The kitchen has a working dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, gas stovetop, exhaust fan, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, nespresso; and a non-working oven.
Additionally, there is a mini fridge and coffee pot in the upstairs hall closet if you wish to use them.
Other things to note
No smoking inside. No burning of anything like incense or candles. Smoking only outside, with proper disposal of remnants.
Marijuana is legal now, and I’ve smelled it nearby, but please don’t smoke or vape inside— there is seating out front and back for your convenience.
