Private Suite in historic Stillwater North Hill

A one bedroom one bath in-law suite with a full kitchenette above our detached garage.

The suite is located on The North Hill of Stillwater. We're located about 6 blocks up the hill from downtown shops, pubs,restaurants & the St.Croix river.

The suite is capable of sleeping up to 4 persons as we have a fold out couch with extra linens.

The use of our spa is available from march through November for an additional $30.00 per night. Spa hours are 9am to 10pm daily.

Any ada approved service animals must be present with owners @ all times and are not to be left unattended at any time during your stay.

What a beautiful experience!! The Lil Suite is so adorable and very cozy and comfy. It is well stocked in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with all the comforts of home. Dan and Jess were very prompt with . responses to my questions. I highly recommend this sweet place for your stay in Stillwater. Also recommend visiting Stillwater as it is a very fun place to visit!!!

Girl’s short get away!

This was a great find in Stillwater. Location was an easy walk downtown. The apartment was super cute and had everything you would need. The host was welcoming and communication prior to arrival was great! My girl friend said, it was a 10/10.

Stillwater’s Best Little Apartartment Ever

This special apartment is a renovated room above a garage. It’s spacious, modern and has everything we needed for our stay. The owners are great to deal with, fun and so friendly too. We were able to use their fire pit, whirlpool and they even gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! We had the best time and so will anyone who stays at this special place in Stillwater!

Nice place with great hosts!

The hosts were very communicative and Jess met us on arrival. The space was clean and warm upon our arrival. When I told her that I was excited for the stay especially because there was a hot tub, she told me that the hot tub was not available thru the winter (I missed that disclaimer in their listing). I think she saw right away that I was disappointed. She and Dan then went over and above to make sure we could use the hot tub after all. They treated (shocked) it and got it up to temperature quickly and we were able to use it after all! In addition, Jess recommended a couple of great restaurants and some local sites to see. We had a wonderful stay in great part because of such great hosts! Thank you to both!

What a GEM!

50- something adults who were headed to a show at Somerset wanted a spot to stay for a night. We stumbled upon this beauty and it looked a bit intriguing. The pictures looked adorable so we decided to book. Although pictures can easily be deceiving… this place actually looked better than the pictures when we arrived! The apartment was absolutely spotless. It had been recently converted so absolutely zero wear and tear. The quality of the build, the finishing touches, and the privacy of this apartment were fabulous. The hosts checked us in and walked us through the apartment to ensure we knew where things were. Not obtrusive, but absolutely informative. We slept extremely well in this adorable place. The next day we packed up the car and toured Stillwater. We actually have already discussed heading back there and spending a full weekend just to see the adorable town again. If you were questioning booking this place, do it. It is one of our top rentals to date for a smaller property. Too often rentals have a strange odor, are far different than the images, or are not kept extremely clean. This place checked all boxes for perfection! Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay in this little gem. It was perfect for a short term stay!

Girls weekend

Had a great time staying here for a long weekend with one of my best friends. We did most of our own cooking and did have to do some improvisation for a couple things (pizza cutter, measuring cup) but we were able to make it work! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Overnight getaway

This property is very charming and clean.It is in a great location with a short distance to downtown Stillwater. We would’ve liked to have arrived at the location with unlock code prior to arriving so we could enter the property ourselves, but we had to wait to be connected with the owner to great us and let us in, which we have never experienced. The place was beautifully decorated and cozy. We always look forward to special welcoming favors and this description said there would be wine, but there wasn’t. This was our Wedding anniversary and we had shared that. Special welcoming favors make a place stand out and make for a better experience. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
