    The cobblestone deck with the view of the gorgeous lake from outside and the windows of the house will have you fall in love with this cute and simple cabin like place.

    Sunlight and scenery from every window shines into the house. Make a bonfire at night and enjoy the view on the deck.

    You have lots of space on the ground floor and basement for a comfortable family gathering in any season. Paddle boat, paddleboards, and bicycles provided for the summer time lake and outdoors fun!There is a long trail just in a walking distance from the house. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The house is few minutes away from West End where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Downtown Minneapolis is only 8 minutes away. Downtown Hopkins with lots of festivals throughout the year is 5 min. away. Few beaches are within minutes away. Only 15-20 min away from the airport. Few blocks away from major Hwy. close to knoll wood mall and shopping centers. Great Location!

Turn off lights and put the keys where you got them. Throw trash in the bin outside by the fence. Do not put trash in the recycle bin.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you move the furniture in the house, everything has to be back where you moved them from. No spilling on the carpet. I charge for any stain.

Please take your shoes off when you are in the house. Please close the kitchen any entrance to the house due to mouse entering the house.

Great stay!

I stayed with a group of friends over a weekend for a bachelorette party, and it was a great spot! Azy was so helpful even before our stay started - answering any questions i had while preparing for the weekend. The house itself was spacious, great for our group and clean. It was also well stocked for cooking. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice getaway

We needed a place big enough for 9 kids and 2 adults and this fit the bill perfectly. Owners were good at communicating throughout the whole process. Some of the doors rub on the frames and don't close properly and could use adjustment, but overall the house was very nice. Plenty of bedding and having 2 showers was very nice.

The area felt very safe. The house was clean and there were utensils, spices, plates, pots and pans for our use. The only thing I would like to see different is a tv in the living room and bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great experience at Lake View Home

We had an amazing stay at Azy's home. The home met our every need. We were a group of eight in town for our daughter's wedding. We hosted a family dinner on the eve of the wedding. Everyone had a great time. Communications with host were excellent. He made every attempt to offer items we needed. While not updated to latest standards, the home is clean and well-loved. We were pleasantly surprised to find a little kitchenette downstairs, as we didn't remember seeing that in the listing. It was very useful. It took us a bit to get in the habit of removing our shoes. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Azy for making our visit so enjoyable! Sorry we misplaced the glass coffee urn but happy it was located!

Perfect place for a group get together.

We stay at a lot of short term rentals with business and vacation and this one is one of the best. My wife, mom and dad, and my sister were in town to watch my granddaughter compete at USA Gymnastics event. Kitchen had everything we needed and even some extras like coffee and condiments. Lots of open space for family to visit, the downstairs is almost like a separate apartment. Extra mini kjitchen and gathering space. But the thing that makes this place fantastic is the back porch gathering area. Looking through the trees at the lake is amazing, but you are still in the middle of town. We had a couple friends over one day for lunch, grilled out and spent the whole afternoon sitting outside relaxing. If you have have kids there a rope swing and paddle boat to play in the lake. Saw a bever and lots of fish. Uber to and from airport, the mall or stadium/convention space. Also door dash for groceries. I only wish we had a reason to come back, would stay here again for sure.
