Spacious 4 bedroom home in the Midway neighborhood, conveniently located between Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Just minutes from the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, Allianz Field, Xcel Energy Center, and great restaurants.

This home is ideal for larger groups and families, with plenty of room to spread out including two living rooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, in home laundry, private parking, fast WiFi, and Roku TVs. Whether you are visiting for a game, concert, fair, or family trip, this home offers a comfortable and convenient Twin Cities base.

All in all a good spot for us and it should of been great but ... is it too much to ask that snow be removed from driveway and walkway? Got pretty slippery during our 3 night stay. Smoke/CO detector went off, as there was no smoke and it flashed CO at one point so we had to assume it was CO. Landlord wanted to believe it was low battery alarm but was not, gas company called and cleared the place, he thought it was a faulty CO detector. Landlord offered new batteries if that was problem and eventually offered to bring over a new detector. Never saw either. Other than that bit of drama, it was ok.

Inside was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, there should be an exterior picture. You do have a place to park, but the driveway is shared with the neighbor (so the neighbor house is relatively close). If you are traveling with a group it would be a pain to have multiple vehicles. The neighbor also has small kids that would occasionally be screaming outside and slamming doors so we could hear everything. This home is a duplex and we could not hear anything from the people staying in the other half of the home. I only recommend bringing your own ingredients for cooking. There was only salt and pepper. No cooking oil or other spices. All kitchen utensils were provided.

Convenient location for Como Park and other Saint Paul attractions. The space was well utilized and well equipped for our group of seven adults. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. Furnishings were comfortable, but a few mattresses were a bit too soft for our tastes. Host communicated well and we were quite happy with the value.

Plenty of space in convenient location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Paul. The house was large enough for our multigenerational group of 9. The large square dining table and and plenty of rooms and bed options worked for everyone. The location is central and conveniently located for many TC sights. Very clean.

Great place for a large group

It is a side by side condo but we had no issues with the neighbors. We were a little concerned when we pulled up and the grass hadn't been mowed. As one of our group said, first impressions go a long way. Once we got inside, we were impressed with the cleanliness and layout. We would rent again.

Meetings in minneapolis

Had several broken things in house when we git there. Immediately con tacted host. But no one came over to fix anything. Yard had not been mowed in a while. On the whole house was nice. Hard to park in driveway safely. Not much room with others parked next door. Never could get wifi to work with the password we received.

Roomy and good for busy schedules

Was there for my son’s wedding with daughters and their families. Nice location for all our needs.However, the dishwasher is falling out of its casing. The bathroom sink will not plug. No spices at all, not even salt and pepper. If these issues are dealt with We would stay again.

Nice on a budget neighborhood questionable

The house was presentable and had pretty much anything you would need (minus seasoning), but we did find garbage under couches and it was smelly. We had to air out the house for a long time when we got there. The home is multiple levels and you can hear everything. Sleeping is great for a big group. Linens and beds were clean. The neighborhood is not great. If you don’t have cars it’s probably fine. There is a lot of noise from trains and lack of any other locks then the electronic keypad There was someone living in their car in driveway and after talking with local police they told us we should sleep with sharp objects and leave our cars unlocked or we will end up with soup. We stayed one night and left for hotel on other side of city where neighborhood is much better. I didn’t know area and looked fine online but when you get there it’s wrong side of city. Convienent to downtown.

Girls weekend in the Cities

We loved staying here. It was mat perfect, but it was great having so many beds. The living space is small, but as pictured. The only down fall to the experience was parking situations. The host told us we could park basically all the way to through the back yard and noted there was a decent sized pad to park on, but the neighbors cars were parked there and we weren’t able to fit other cars on the parking pad because of it. Luckily we were able to find street parking near the house. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means,however!!! The hosts were great to work with and i appreciated the minimal requirements for check out! It made packing up easy and quick!

Safety Concern

The water in the kitchen for washing dishes gets almost scalding hot, and the faucet was hard to regulate the temp to hot, but not too hot, and too cold for washing dishes. None of us experienced that with the bathrooms, however. We did find out that it isn't always possible to have both showers running at the same time.

Great stay.

Loved the stay! It had a lot of room. Rooms didn’t feel packed even with a lot of beds! Will book again next time I’m in the Twin Cities!
