Architect remodeled, modern amenities, historic charm. Every Bedrooms has their own private bath. Library/Living Room has 5' wide fireplace & Flat Screen TV/Bose. Kitchen has Thermadore, Wolf appliances, Fireplace. Most rooms have fireplaces. 2 Decks lead to secluded yard. Bedroom 1 has private 2nd floor terrace.

Close to WAC, Mia, Eat Street, Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, MN United, Up/Downtown, 5 Parks, Lake of the Isles, Guthrie, MOA, Transit and Freeways...Quiet, Tree lined Street.

Original 7300 Square foot house used as (2) 3 story private units (1 is VRBO 6BR and the other is Owners). Comes with Private Entry, 2 Porches (one private to Bedroom 1), Yard Big windows, French Doors (great sunlight/views), surrounded by Trees.

Good property for large gathering

We had a family reunion at the property with about 15 people. The space was great for meals and socializing and the e location is great as well. Greg let me see the property before I booked it and was a great communicator.

Ideal for family gathering

We were siblings, spouses, cousins, one ex-, and five 7-23 year old children—14 in total. Plenty of room and space to rest, work, cook(!), and gather. Great atmosphere and everything we needed to make a holiday meal for all. Well equipped and plenty of knives, pots and pans, dishes and cups in great condition. Thanks to Gregory! A wonderful experience.

beautiful unique mansion near Downtown Minneapolis

First of all, I can't say enough about this house - kooky, unique, GORGEOUS, and most of all - huge. It was perfect for our 11-person crew this weekend. Actually, it was much bigger than we even needed. The vibe is part haunted house mansion, part gorgeous historical landmark - lots of beautiful woodwork throughout. The host was very communicative throughout. Place was clean and well--stocked, and location was perfect. Love it and highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this property, the host, and our stay. We had a full 16 in our family/extended family crew in town for a wedding and the house met all our needs. The host was exceptionally responsive even bringing in a new coffeemaker in a pinch! We were able to make wonderful memories and I cannot recommend this property enough. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great large house for a large group - fit 9 guys comfortably. Bathroom in guest bedroom was not a full. We had some plumbing issues but the owner was very prompt in his response.
