"I can’t say enough nice things about this property. From the moment I booked their team was in contact with wonderful detailed instructions. When I had a question they answered right away. The washer and dryer are shared between the two apartments, I did not think to look for them in the hall. When I asked about them the host answered right away and the following day the very sweet cleaner came by to give me lots of soap as well as offered to show me how to use the machines. Mr.Behar Male is a gentleman with excellent communication skills. He speaks from the heart, not through the numbers. Meanwhile Mrs. Eva Male is a brilliant general manager who is able to address any issues in perfect manner. The final words: try to stay in Maritim Hotel Plazza. You will not disappointed. Me and my wife did spend almost 3 weeks and never get anything wrong. Who stays at Plazza, staying at “heart” of Tirana! Just try!"
