「The staff were kind and polite, and the rooms and balconies were clean. The weather was nice, so the view from the room was amazing. I also liked the cheese and ham at breakfast. If I come to Switzerland again, I'd definitely like to stay here again.」

「The staff were very helpful during our stay, especially when they provided us with a portable heater while the hotel’s heating system was unavailable or not functioning properly. We really appreciated their assistance. One piece of constructive feedback would be regarding the breakfast dress code. 「good location silently and near station. room is well cleaned. only my request is refregirator.」
