Welcome to Serene Sunrise! Serene Sunrise is a brand new custom lakefront home, built by A&G Builders, with amazing views on the Private Side of Lake Anna. You will love our large peaceful waterfront lot with a private sandy beach, boat dock and boat house. Have fun in the lake using the complimentary kayaks, paddle boat, and water toys. Take in the gorgeous blue lake water views while relaxing in our saltwater pool from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. For a cozy swim, pool heating is available for an extra $100+tax/day. Since our pool heats gradually, please inform us ahead of your stay if you'd like the pool heated for your arrival. Enjoy grilling delicious BBQ on the patio, views from the large furnished deck, or through the many large windows. The spacious home can comfortably accommodating large groups.

Experience comfort and luxury at our brand new modern and spacious lakefront home on the Private Side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the panoramic blue water lake views from the large boat dock, atop of our deck, or from the comfort of inside the home through many of the large windows. You will love the entire property including ~300 hundred feet of waterfront shoreline with a gently sloped naturally sandy bottom, warm freshwater, and a private beach. We provide lots of water toys including kayaks. Have a BBQ using our outdoor gas grill. Inside, this expansive home has plenty of space for everyone with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, an open floor plan and multiple living areas. Relax in the spacious main great room with water views through the huge bright windows, large French doors, a gas fireplace, and 4K Smart TV. Hang out in the huge lower level game room and have fun playing family appropriate games, ping-pong, pool (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), shuffleboard, or foosball. Watch a movie in our cozy movie theater. This is one of the few homes at Lake Anna with High Speed Internet, so you could work remotely if necessary. Alternatively, you could use the High Speed Internet and Free Wi-Fi network throughout the home to enjoy your time off and stream your favorite shows while you FaceTime everyone!

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy our plentiful outdoor spaces, huge bot dock and boathouse, private beach, deck, porch, and grill. We have all kinds of fun activities including a playground, water toys, smart TV's, board games, books, and an assortment of toys. If you want to use a Boat or Jet Ski during your stay, you have access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a washer & dryer.

We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Rock Island Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community, so there is ongoing nearby construction of new homes and docks most days from sunrise until about 4:30 PM. Rock Island Landing is located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with many vehicles.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 8 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
