Great Family vacation

Property was exactly like the pictures. My grandkids loved the walk to the lighthouse and the mat in the water. The neighbors were great. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would come again.

Nice long weekend way

Lovely long weekend away with the extended family. This is a perfect big cabin on the lake. We fished, we kayaked, we ate too much, enjoyed the fire. House was very clean and designed for family get togethers. Appreciate all the little things for use that we all have in our homes that made life easy. Nice neighbors too. Highly recommend this house.

Relaxing

It was exactly what we were looking for. A nice quiet, relaxing, beautiful location to spend time with the family for a long weekend. We would love to come back in the warmer months to be able to utilize the lake but it was still exactly what we needed and the kids had fun regardless.

Best vacation ever

As family members who lead hectic lives, this was the perfect place to totally decompress and enjoy lake time. I think people find it so difficult to turn the world off (technology, tv, phones etc) and just disconnect.Although WiFi was available, we used it rarely and realized we really swapped out screen time for family time. I would highly recommend this beautiful, well stocked home if you want to have a vacation in the truest sense of the word.

Lake Anna Cabin

The property had all the amenities listed. It was a very nice place to stay with plenty to do. We took a boat and rented a boat during our stay. The dock worked perfectly for this and there was still room for more boats if we needed it. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The only downside to this property is the house upstairs gets hot during the day and takes a while to cool down, and there is no trash service. You have to take your trash to the dump. Other than that we had no issues and had a great stay.

Gorgeous property

Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Even though there are many sleeping options, it is true that the house is better suited for a smallish group. The dock and screened in area is absolutely wonderful. We fished and took the kayaks out. The fire pit is really nice and it was fully stocked with wood. Neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors were really friendly. Only slight downside with our stay was having to dispose of the trash and recycling ourselves. Overall very happy with this place!

Amazing stay

Amazing time on the lake! Beautiful home with large yard, dock for boats or fishing with screened in area there as well. Had issues with Wi-Fi first two days and host helped immediately and accommodated us quickly with a fix. Neighbors super friendly and helpful. You are responsible for your own trash disposal but there are companies 10ish mins away you can drop off at. Will hopefully be back next year!

A great log cabin on the lake

Our family had a great stay at this lake house. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10 and the house itself was very spacious, so we had plenty of room to hang out in the evening. The boat house was perfect for our group, as we had a few little ones that really enjoyed jumping off the dock into the warm lake water. The water was only a few feet deep out to the lighthouse, so it worked well having all the kids able to touch the bottom pretty far out. Josh and Toula communicated very well and had everything well stocked in the house. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again soon!

Lakeside Bliss

We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful solitude of this lakeside retreat. This is the most well-stocked property we have ever stayed in. Tupperware, crockpots, lemon juicers, everything you needed and more was available. We especially enjoyed the boat-dock sunroom, which was decked out with a bar, ceiling fans and comfy furniture. The 17 and 18 year olds were not excited about the vacation; however, when they saw the pool table, leather sectional, and arcade games in the basement, they were hooked. Use of the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat was an extra bonus. I wish we had brought some flotation toys to float around in, though. We had a lovely stay!

Great stay on Lake Anna.

The house was great as advertised. The hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. We took advantage of the kayaks, paddle boat and canoe. It was a very relaxing trip for 5 adults and 5 kids and would definitely recommend.

Bill Chill Weekend

Four couples gathered at this beautiful cabin from all directions to reconnect. The house well stocked and perfectly set up for fun dinners. We spent quite a lot of the warm, sunny weekend in the screened in boat dock. We didn't lack anything and had such a good time. Enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks.

Perfect Lake House

We stayed at the lake house and everything was perfect, not one complaint. The owners are very responsive, pleasant and easy to work with. The house had everything you need. The kitchen was well appointed with all the tools and unlike many other rentals I have stayed at, the knives actually cut! We stayed with our dogs who loved the giant back yard. We enjoyed the clean water as well as brought our bikes and went hiking at Lake Anna State Park. Great relaxing time and we found a couple of nice local restaurants as well. I would absolutely recommend this house, it was well worth the trip.

Easy booking. Ralph the property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Great place to relax with family. Good water access. Woyld have liked jet ski docks to be operable and definitely would keeo tge boat lifts. A few more TVs in bedroons would be nice. Very well stocked kitchen and appliances.

Nicest owners ever

The communication and insight from the owners was so helpful. Very thorough and it fell like that wanted our stay to be as great as possible. The views of the lake were great and we spent all our time at the dock house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for large means. Also the location on the lake was great to. We even talked to the neighbors and they offered to let us borrow their golf cart so our 92 year old grandma could safely get down to the boathouse. We want to come back.

Sweet 16

We rented this beautiful property for our daughters 16th birthday and had a fantastic stay with family and friends. The home was exceptionally clean, and had everything we could possibly need! Plenty of space for the adults and kids. The view, location and property is spectacular! We enjoyed the covered porch, kayaks, floating off the dock, playing in the game room, and telling stories by the fire pit in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were nice quality. The owners communicated well and were friendly and responsive to our questions prior to and during our stay. We loved everything about this rental and will keep it at the top of our list!

Great time on the lake!

My friends and I had a great time on the lake and a great stay at the house! Josh and Toula were fantastic to work with and were quick to reply to our questions and anything else we needed. The property was very clean and well stocked with what we needed during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Gorgeous lake house with a view

We had the best week at the lake house. A multiple family trip with a house that had everything! The view was beautiful on top of the many amenities available to use during our stay. And the owners were always available for any questions at just an email away. We would recommend this beautiful house and view to everyone!

Perfect getaway at the lake!

Beautiful Log Cabin with direct lake access, large lawn, and boat dock. House was large, easily fit our 10 guests while not feeling crowded. The kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Cooked large meals without an issue. The new game room in the basement was a nice surprise for us (was just finished before we arrived) The outdoor areas were great. Made use of the fire pit, deck for grilling, lawn for lawn games, and boat dock area for lounging. House even has several kayaks and canoes to take out on the lake. Toula & Josh responded quickly to all our questions and made check-in and check-out a breeze. One thing to note for future guests, you do have to bring any trash with you to a local refuse center. It's only 10 min away and on the way out, but good to know for planning. The wifi was fairly good, worked well enough for 3 people to work remotely from the cabin. Occasionally had a spotty connection, but that's expected for the area. Overall, definitely recommend staying here!
