「We had to moved out from the house we rented due to its proximity and location and we found this listing online. We’ve stayed at this condo before, but it was on a different building. The property owner forgot to mentioned one of the important details such as local contact person prior to check-in. 「This is a working in progress property. It has issues with their right of way with neighboring properties. Not recommended if you have luggages as you have to haul it on unpaved, limited pathway. The only mirror in the room can not be accessed as it is placed in front of a hanging lamp, which does not have bulbs so you can’t even use. The toilet door does not close due to poor workmanship. There is a dog on the property that barks that keeps us awake. We had good warm water in the shower. You...

「Clean, great kitchen, refrigerator washer and AC. The property manager Wilsan was really excellent... friendly polite and respectful. We had as many as 11 members of her family sleeping here occasionally with no problems.They loved the swimming pool, kitchen, and close proximity to SM Mall」

「Very safe area, love the shopping because it’s walkable, easy access to public transport, swimming pool is very clean and big.」

「The owner is really accommodating. The parking is not free though. If you have a car. You have to pay extra per day for the parking fee inside the condo unit. Other than that, everything else is good. The unit is a walking distance to the convenience stores and restaurants. It is only 5 minutes drive to Gaisano Mall. Major banks is everywhere. There’s a money changer across the road. Overall, I love the place and the location.」
