The vacation rental unit is a 2-room apartment with a total area of 38 square meters, situated on the 1st floor. It features a comfortable and modern furnishing style. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed measuring 120 cm wide and 190 cm long, as well as a flat-screen TV. The living/dining area provides access to a balcony. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, one induction hot plate, three gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Complimentary coffee capsules (FILTRE) are provided for the coffee machine. The unit also features a shower and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available for your comfort.
