"Hotel has 4 elevators, but only two were operating. Had long wait time, especially at checkout on a Monday morning. Waited over 5 minutes. Why would all elevators not be operating ?? Bathtub handle was about to fall off. Parking garage stairwell were disgusting. Difficult to get out of parking garage. ..."
