When you add your invitees to our Airbnb reservation, it streamlines communication, we can share details like check-in instructions with everyone directly. It also helps us know who’s staying, which improves safety and trust —fewer surprises at check-in. Everyone on the reservation gets access to booking details, like house rules & Wi-Fi info, which makes the stay smoother. Finally, all guests receive the same five star review after your stay!

While you have complete privacy inside the home, there are exterior security cameras on the property showing the number of people going in and out of the property. Only the total registered number of guest are allowed to stay. If you plan to host a party, you will need to let us know when booking. If guests do not comply with the house rules when hosting events/parties, a security officer will be called to break up the party. All costs associated will be charged to the guest and may range from $500-$2000. The police will be called thereafter due to the violations of the guest rental agreement and therefore would be considered trespassing.

Smoking/ Drugs: This is a non-smoking home. A $500 fee will be charged for any trace of smoke, marijuana smell, or the use of illegal drugs. This includes if you smoke outside and bring in a smoke/marijuana smell into the home.

An additional $100 minimum penalty will be applied if there are lost items or damage done to the home. If the value of the lost items and damage is greater than $100, then the guest will reimburse up to the value.

A $300 penalty will be applied for evidence of pets or animals in the home. This is an owner-occupied private residence, exempt from ADA public accommodation rules and we cannot accommodate service animals due to household restrictions.

A $150-$500 penalty will be applied if there is an excessive mess left after the guest`s stay which includes but is not limited to trash not collected in bins, dirty dishes, dirty/sticky floors/furniture, stains, scratches, or other damage to property or furniture. The guest will be charged if they don`t make a good faith attempt at all check-out instructions.

You, the Guest booking this property, takes full responsibility for their invitees. All guest must be 18 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not permit underage drinking and the person booking this property takes full responsibility of their invitees and those they let into the property and on the grounds.

The rental of this property is for transient use only and does not constitute an establishment of residency, regardless of the length of stay. Staying beyond our confirmed reservation is trespassing.
