Significant maintenance and clean up required at this property. Walls were peeling, stains all over bedding, floor was warped and molding in the bathroom.

We stayed to relax before we finished our road trip. The whole night had no tv service. The whole hotel complex with the exception of the managers tv Who just chilled in her chair and watched tv. While the guests complained. Definitely call before going, I never once saw anyone working on the cable service

Only one electrical outlet would work in the room. There was only two tiny pillows for two beds. No coffee in room, no fridge, no microwave, and less than a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The tv had two channels that were working. It is the poorest quality I've seen on the road.

The hotel staff stole all my wife and I's Cards, IDs, contents of our wallets and then claimed we never had a reservation or stayed at the hotel when questioned about it upon discovering the theft and checking out. And also even after showing the unauthorized charges made on my wife's card at a store she never has even been to the day after we checked out they still currently are denying we ever stayed. It smelled like cigarettes in the room and it was loud, never got any towels or toilet paper. Horrible dont go. Currently filing police report as well.

The Room was disgustingly dirty, the sheets bad stains that look like blood and I saw a total of 3 bugs. We checked in at 12:45AM we left by 1:03AM

Very bad experience… no soap water was dripping the ac was horrible no microwave the chair was all ripped I’m sorry but I have nothing nice to say first time traveling was a ripped off could even was my hands because it was broken thank god I took my own soap and shampoo 👎

Place smelled like bleach, sheets didn’t look clean, cigarette burns on the comforters, pulled comforters back and an empty condom wrapper came flying out. This was a last minute booking for state fair weekend. We ended up going to Walmart and buying our own sheets, comforters, and pillow cases. We were told we were only allowed one roll of toilet paper a day for 4 people. Dealt with it as it was a place to sleep.

This was the WORST experience weve ever had dealing with a hotel. Do Not Stay at this hotel. Due to unfortunate circumstances we were not given access to our prepaid room. Then we were not issued a refund for a room we never used. This is theft and or fraud.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! When we checked in, the lobby smelled like a bowling alley from the late 1960’s. The attendant was rolling his own tobacco (I think) visibly from the counter. When we got to our room, my family and I immediately got headaches. Turned on the a/c and you could almost see the mold blowing out of the vents. When I went back to the lobby to request a refund because of the condition of the room, I was told that I would need to call back on Monday after 9:30. I’ve called 3 times in the following week and have yet to receive any response.
