Rooms were a little outdated, no water pressure in the shower. We booked because hotels.com said it was an 11 min walk to the Fiserv Forum and it was really 17. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Parking was confusing but not too bad of a price and able to go in and out as much as wanted.

The hotel and the room were great. Pool was a little small, but most hotels downtown don't have one anyway unless you want to pay by selling one of your organs. My only quibble was with the parking. Man, was it confusing. The entrance doesn't have the hotel name on it, and I guess I didn't understand the instructions on how to get in. But at least they HAVE parking, and they don't charge for it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The building does have some sticky doors that need help closing but we actually loved the character of the place. It’s attached to the third street market so dining options are endless. Bistro for breakfast is an excellent choice
