"Lovely helpful staff throughout. Bedroom cleaning/ preparation needs to be standardised throughout, different items in bedrooms, eg slippers and robes in some not others (needed for the spa), chocolates and biscuits in some not others. Lightbulbs out in a few places. Staff rest area should be screened off from the bedroom windows, they need time to relax too. Simple things to rectify but could make a big difference."

"A lovely hotel to be honest, unfortunately did not get to use facilities due to time constraints. Staff - excellent customer service, especially Stella. - The light switch on the dimmer light in bedroom broken. - Could do with another light in bathroom, not great for applying make-up or doing teeth. Bathroom was a bad design with having to manoeuvre round the toilet for the sink. Bizzare! - Breakfast- disappointing, the pastries were dry and the eggs and mushrooms were no very hot. The fresh selection was good, as was the fresh seeds and dried fruit."

"I arrived a bit before 3 pm, but his didn't cause any issues. The receptionist advise it was a bit noisy as there was a wedding in the hotel and she attempted to find me a quieter room. The room was clean and bed comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and staff attentive. Thank you for a nice stay"

"Great location for the weekend. The bar and restaurant staff are lovely and welcoming. Would stay here again if I am in the area. Food and drinks were freshly prepared and hit the spot! The room we had was nice and big, can do with a facelift, but everything works, and the bed was comfy and clean."

"Wonderful stay in 4 deluxe double rooms for 8 of us. Bernadette helped so much before and during our stay. She is a wonderful assest to the hotel. All public areas are tasteful and wonderful to sit down in and relax. Food in restaurant was enjoyable. Not a massive menu choice at dinner but the food we had was delicious. Breakfast was also very good. Very nice range of food. Be wary if there is a party on when you stay, we had awful noise from drunk guests under our bedroom window, room 112. Choice language too. The noise from the bottom of the main stairs carried right up into our room too. We also had people knocking twice on our bedroom door, the last time being 3am. We ignored it, but it did make for an awful night's sleep. It was clear that the people who chose to be so inconsiderate of others were just clearly lacking in any form of manners or decorum. Apart from the awful nights sleep, we enjoyed our stay at Devere Latimer and would stay again, if the need arose."

"Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby! We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again."
