「Lovely new apartments. Quiet and a good view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms lovely and the kitchen well equipped.
The need for key fobs to go thru every door was somewhat tiresome and a bit surreal. The concierge who carry out the check in for these apartments were helpful. I was somewhat disappointed as there was no hairdryer in the apartment. After a long hold on the phone I was told the housekeeper would bring one Saturday morning (we were going to a wedding) but it never materialised....

「We truly enjoyed our short stay in Linton. This cottage was wonderful. We were greeted by beautiful flowers in the front! The cottage is nicely appointed with everything we needed. We appreciated the selection of teas! We also enjoyed reading the history of the ownership of the cottage, dating back to 1604. We enjoyed the coffee shop next door and The Dog and Duck down the street. The cottage was a perfect place to start our exploration of England. Thanks, Louise, for a lovely stay!」

「room too small, couldn’t get out of one side of bed. multiple trendy appliances connected to power boards. TV not working. host bought new tv and spent ages. trying unsuccessfully to connect it. 「Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
