「The apartment was booked for three people but there was no bedding provided for the third person. The company uses there own messaging system which I found unnecessary and complicated. You had to access a message on Expedia and then click on a link to go to a different website. What's wrong with just a message in Expedia or an email.」

「All is fine with the company until you check out. They claim you’ve damamged something and take the £200 deposit without anything more than a few short texts. They say they’re an online company and can’t speak on the phone. Then won’t let you see the damage, just say the cleaner has reported it. Terrible customer service and fraudulent. Avoid 」
