「This is an excellent cost effective hotel. The owners are new. They are making improvements.
My room was refinished with nice tile floor, new firm bed, clean sheets and bedspread.
The landscaping was redone.
They are still working on renovations of some parts of the hotel.
I recommend this for a good cost effective spot in Milton.
Easy walk to the Thursday farmers market and some good restaurants.」

「The room felt damp. The outside temp was very hot, so that might have attributed to that. The air conditioner worked fine, perhaps a dehumidifier is needed. Otherwise, zero complaints. Rooms and hotel were very clean and staff helpful. Would recommend」
