Beautiful Broadkill Beach home with a short walk to the beach.

  • This home overlooks Prime Hook wildlife refuge at Broadkill beach, with a short 2-minute walk to the beach. Relax on the first floor, which is an open concept, including a large dining room table, sofa, love seat and a large tv, perfect for family time. Also on the 1st floor is a large master bedroom with queen size bed, full bath with shower and a laundry room. Second floor has 2 large bedrooms, 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the other bedroom has a double bed, both bedrooms have a smart TV and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. There is a folding twin bed available, which can be placed in either bedroom as needed. House also includes 2 decks, one each on rear and front of house prefect for relaxing. New outside shower is also available.

We had a great time at Broadkill beach! The beach was a short, easy walk away, and we enjoyed the relative solitude compared to Rehoboth. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.It was nice to look over the wildlife refuge behind the house and we would certainly come back!

This is a very nice house. It was very clean and excellent communication from the host. They were very accommodating and their little touches were very much appreciated. The guys extremely enjoyed the outside shower.

Very nice home on quiet Broadkill Beach. The beach is right across the street and the house looks over the marsh. It has everything you need. Broadkill is a family beach with only single-family homes and no hotels. It is a short drive to Lewes and a just few minutes longer to Rehoboth. Plenty of good restaurants even closer. If you like the outdoors, don't miss Prime Hook wildlife refuge that is five minutes from the house or Cape Henlopen Park about a half hour away. This was our second time at this house and we hope to come back.

Second Stay, Wonderful Again

The house had everything we needed and was just as wonderful as our stay one year ago! The quiet neighborhood, beach access, household amenities, and location are all great! Everything in the house was in great working condition, felt like a little home away from home. Perfect size for a family beach vacation.

Great beach house

Our family had a wonderful time at Gary and Dori's home. They were great hosts with a beautiful, comfortable home just a short walk to the beach. We'd never been to Broadkill Beach before and it's a really charming community - we hope to be back again.

Clean and spacious home

Gary and Di's place was spacious, clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. It's also an easy walk to the broadkill store for any extra things you need.

Great Getaway

I grew up going to Broadkill, and this stay as an adult did not disappoint. Light, airy house a very short distance from the beach and walkable to the local store and crabbing/fishing areas. Also a close drive to the fun in Rehoboth. Process of reserving and checking in and out was easy and owners were friendly.

Beautiful, quiet, well-appointed home just a two minute walk to the beach at Broadkill. Excellent communication and most anything you might need during your stay. Likely we'll return. Gary and Dori were wonderful when we had any questions too.
