This bright and spacious, this Bishops Landing townhome boasts a corner-lot location with easy access to on-site amenities and the nearby beach shuttle. Community features include two pools, one of them being Sussex County's only private, Olympic-size pool, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, stocked fishing ponds, a pier, and a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with fitness and yoga facilities. This home is ideally situated directly across the street from the North pool and clubhouse.

Awash with strong natural light, the stylish living room has a comfy sectional and soaring ceilings. Stream your favorite shows and movies on the wall-mounted smart TV. A second living area in the upstairs loft also comes furnished with sofa seating and a smart TV for household convenience. In addition, all bedrooms come equipped with Roku smart TVs.

The chef in your group will appreciate upgraded stainless steel appliances, sleek white countertops, and a big center island with seating for three in the full, island kitchen. An adjacent dining area provides seating for six.

The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and comes complete with an en suite bath and walk-in closet.

Enjoy relaxing on the furnished patio overlooking a shared lawn area. Bring your fishing poles several community ponds allow catch and release fishing.

The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2025 is $90 plus a charge for payment online of $2.70.

*This townhouse does not have cable. Complimentary Hulu Live TV access is included for guest use, and guests may stream on other platforms with their own accounts.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Fantasy Family Getaway

This property totally exceeded our expectations! It was super clean, beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything we could possibly need, from the kitchen to the beach accessories! The property was centrally located and close to everything! We will definitely be returning next year!
