This beautiful holiday home in the south of Funen offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The classic Scandinavian design creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The light-flooded living area under the pointed roof invites you to spend cosy evenings together, while the open-plan kitchen offers you space for cooking together. Enjoy your meals on the sunny terrace with a view of the well-tended garden and the peaceful surroundings. Here it is easy to leave everyday life behind and enjoy the relaxed holiday atmosphere.



Faldsled will delight you with its rural idyll and proximity to the picturesque harbour towns of Faaborg and Assens. Stroll through cosy alleyways, visit local cafés or explore the gently rolling landscape of South Funen on hiking or cycling tours. The nearby coast offers perfect opportunities for relaxing beach days or walks along the water. Nature lovers will love the tranquil paths and views, while culture vultures can discover numerous sights in the charming towns.

Be warned about the management company

The place is not great. The lawn is mowed but the rest looks like no one lives there. There is a bin of scrap metal in the back for example. The beds are not great. The windows have no screens so the place fills with bugs if you want to try to cool it down. The management company does not monitor the VRBO chat. You have to get on their app. They do not properly advertise on VRBO. They do not say there are no sheets or towels and we had to buy them. We chatted with their rep and he basically said, too bad, you should have also checked our app before you rented and a lot of places in Denmark are like this. Then he dropped the call and was unavailable. I asked a few questions about reading the meter for power (you pay) and they never bothered to communicate it. I got messages about "How was your check in" a day after arrival. Terrible company. Recommend not staying wtih any VRBO in Denmark.

Schönes Haus mit idyllischem Garten

Das Haus ist toll! (Das untere Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht benutzt; wir waren nur zu viert.) Bettbezüge waren nicht vorhanden, auch eine Rolle Toilettenpapier für den Anfang hätte nicht geschadet (Anreise am Sonntag Abend). Um unsere Anfragen wurde sich zeitnah gekümmert, insgesamt sehr angenehm!
