"We stayed at the Maldron Sept 14/26x4 nights and again Sept 20/26x8 nights. Jamie & Danielle, were very professional & welcoming. They acknowledged any special occasion & made our stay so enjoyable. Special mention for Eileen who was on our floor for housekeeping, also Bradley. Room lacked storage. Perhaps Maldron could get creative. E.g., a square or rectangle ROLLING cabinet (to enable ease of relocation if desired) with 3-4 drawers for misc items, with a tabletop to accommodate drinks & in room dining. An in-room ice bucket & working ice dispensers on all floors would be a huge perk. The existing ice machines were mostly out of order. The hotel provides a reasonably priced same day laundry service which we used twice & found it to be satisfactory. We would highly recommend the Maldron Hotel in Belfast at 20 Brunswick Street. A perfect location, very close/walkable to Belfast City Center, with an added bonus of pubs The Crown, Fibber Magee’s, Robinson’s, immediately behind & The Europa Hotel a stone’s throw from all 3 pubs. Yes, we would stay here again. We happily give The Maldron Hotel a 4.5 star rating. (Would be 5 🌟if storage improves). ***(A toilet brush in each bathroom would be most helpful)."

"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The reception team were fabulous, the pub and bar staff were so kind and brilliant with the children, and the breakfast team were extremely helpful. The pool staff were also fantastic and made us feel very welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again!"
