「I've given it half way between 2½ and 3½3½ - What you see is what you get. It's an old Invercargill house. It's very basic, but it's also dry and warm. Beds very firm which, for me is very comfortable (not so much for my wife, though, who requires a soft mattress for her back). Best price in town for three separate bedrooms. However...2½...

「Ideal for 2 adults & 2 children. Heat pump keeps the whole unit cosy. Parking was suitable for a large SUV or 2 small cars. Everything was spotlessly clean without you getting the feeling you don't want to touch anything. Well appointed with all the kitchen equipment. The only possible drawback is no actual dining table & chairs. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools otherwise you have to use the couches and coffee tables. It worked for us.」

The room is so clean. I didn't expect that it had a hairdryer and an electric blanket to make me comfy.
