"Incredible view out my second story window. Friendly staff. The front desk is also the gift shop and restaurant hub so it was a little confusing.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The lighting had many options including excellent natural light. I had plenty of places to put my stuff.
The artwork and natural wood in the hallways and stairs were cool.
Minor complaints: there's not much sound insulation between rooms, I couldn't figure out how to make the window stay open, and the window didn't have a screen."
"Spacious and comfortable as close as you can get to medicine bow peak hiking. Right on the edge of the park entrance and only a short drive over to Laramie. The house has a lot of fun character being an old storefront although is well updated inside as a home. It was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and a little cooking. Although there are no outside accommodations as it is street-side to the park entrance travel route, there are a few stores, food and ice cream etc. right off the property. The host was great and everything worked perfect for our stay. Would stay again if/when back for a few days to the park."
Mountain Cabin boasting several outdoor amenities for all seasons
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent! We were in town for University of Wyoming graduation…this location was close to Laramie with great local bars and restaurants. The cabin was clean, organized, and very comfortable."
"We love this area, and this home had everything we needed! The pool table was a hit for our family, a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of room for everyone. This home was easy to find and the only thing out of our control was the weather...a big snowstorm came in on our last night, but the weather in this area can change quickly so make sure you are paying attention to the weather updates. The owners are wonderful at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna we ended up not using due to our busy schedule, but I am sure they would have been enjoyed if we had used them!"
