「Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but upon arrival we discovered it only had a portable AC unit rather than central air. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. This distinction should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. We were also sent an extensive list of house rules and restrictions...

「This was a really unique property. A fun and different experience. Many of the mattresses/beds could stand to be replaced. They were really uncomfortable. The couch bed in the hobbit room is not much of a bed. When it lays flat, you cannot sleep anywhere in the middle of it. I would not plan it as a bed. The kitchen is huge and worked great for us. Bathroom are very different, but were clean. If you have tall people, watch out for the ceilings in some places. The view is incredible though.」

「This was a great place to stay for our family trip! We came to Seattle area for the 4th of July with 5 kids and 1 dog! We needed someone close enough to and from Seattle but out of the crazy city. This was perfect. The fenced dog area was perfect for our dog, the kids loved the basketball court! Yes the freeway is near by and you could hear it when you’re outside, but didn’t affect us one bit! I’d recommend this place for anyone looking for a great place to stay. We will be back!Thank you again...

「The location was perfect for my daughter and I. We were there for soccer and was five minutes from the fields. The place was cute and perfect for two. It doesn't have central air conditioning which wasn't communicated well and was hard to get used to for this Georgia girl. It is a older place so not much hot water after one shower. We had problems with the TV and the WIFI network. The host did not do a good job communicating with us which I feel like these problems could have been fixed during...
