「The staff was friendly and responded quickly to text messages. The location is close to the beach in Cape May. We visited Wildwood beach and also made the 35 min drive to Atlantic City during our trip. The Villa was advertised as luxury and that was a stretch. We did our own cleaning prior to settling in. There are rust stains in the freezer and refrigerator. The toilet and sink didn't look clean and we found several long straight black hairs all around the villa, as well as attached to clean...

「I like the property location and access to beach and walkway. The staff was very nice. I didn’t like the variation in the rooms described as queen suites. I booked 2 queen suites, 1 for 1 night, the other for 2 nights. To my dismay the suite for one night was larger and cheaper and I was unable to switch the rooms. Also, the parking spaces are very tight, so beware.」

「The rooms are really nice and clean comfortable beds. Loungers and towels and umbrellas are available at no extra charge at the beach. They are set up for you by the beach staff. Free parking. The Star Beach restaurant is a fun place to grab a quick bite on the beach. The pool is clean and well maintained. This created an uncomfortable environment and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. The only issue I had is the person checking me in did not hand me my ID in my hand when she gave me back my ID. I handed her my ID hand to hand and I expected the same in return.
